Alterations To Fit Your Needs

I had high hopes for this place when I dropped off three shirts. The lady didn’t seem like she cared to have my business. The alterations were not cheap but they were definitely done well. My issue is a stain that showed up on one of my shirts while it was in their possession. I had hardly worn the shirt before I brought it in the get tailored and I washed it before dropping it off. I know for a fact (because I took a picture while wearing it before dropping it off) the stain wasn’t there when I gave it to her. I called her when I got home, she strongly denied it of course and now I’m stuck with a useless shirt ($ 105 total when you add in the alteration and shirt price). She does my have a customer oriented mindset and it showed from the first impression to the final outcome. If the quality of the sewing was anything less is give this place one star but I’ll definitely be fair on that. Bottom line, it took 4 weeks to get three shirts back and one of them is now useless. Find another place.

Don’t waste your time going any place else on the northshore! Alterations are done beautifully and the prices are so reasonable compared to other places I’ve been. I’m having my wedding dress altered here for HALF the cost of one of her competitors (who is RUDE as well as overpriced). Follow the other reviewer’s advice, don’t try to go last minute, she has a 2 to 3 week turn around time because she’s so fantastic. I’ll be a regular here for sure.
