Left a trench coat here that needed a minor repair and cleaning. Was told it would have to be sent off, but I would be called when it was ready. After a week and a half of no call, I called and was told it was ready. When given the price of $ 19, I wanted to make sure it had been cleaned. I was told it was. I picked it up, but didn’t check it… my mistake. The milk stain on the front was still there!
