H2O is the complete experience. The salon staff and atmosphere perfectly juggle professionalism and top-​of-​the-​line service with authenticity and kindness. I have visited and done business with several salons and stylists in my life, but once I found Bailey Hilton, I was hooked. I completely trust him to do the job right, and often times he does it even better. Highly recommended.

I had a fantastic experience at H2O. The staff was friendly and welcoming as soon as I walked in the door. Bailey Hilton gave me one of the best cuts I have ever received. He was very professional and personable throughout the appointment. I was very happy with the experience, and I will definitely be back.

There is no one better than Cara, on the Northshore, when it comes to cutting men’s hair. Her dedication to the profession makes you, the client, feel confident while making certain the haircut fits who you are as a person. The entire team works together to accommodate your needs as a client.

As far as haircut go I usually hope for the best but expect the worse… H2O salon changed that. I booked my appointment because the salon was close to my house and I was still on a quest to find the «right» stylist. I asked for Gabriela because her bio said she likes cutting short hair. My first impression of the salon was that it is much busier and «hip» that I had imagined and was alittle worried that I would not feel comfortable. My fears were put to ease immediately with the genuine kindness of the staff. To make the experience even better Gabriela did an amazing job on my hair. By far the best haircut i have ever had. She was professional, very kind and took the time to show me how to replicate the style. I am definitely a fan.

I had my hair colored/​Keratin refix done there yesterday. My hair is literally the color of a copper penny-​it looks horrible. I tried to tell the assistant as she was brushing out my hair and she said it was the lighting. She continued to put Keratin on top of it and it looked even worse as it made it shine like a copper penny. Since the Keratin was put on top it couldn’t be fixed so the only option was to take home some blue shampoo to tone it (which they never gave me). As of today, my hair is not only copper, but there is a band across the top that doesn’t blend with the existing color (which I also pointed out). Not sure what else to do that this point but go somewhere else. By the way, it as $ 85.00 + tip, wasted!..

I followed JAMIE B. (Hartman) from the Old Met location because she is a hair coloring GODDESS. No one – from NY to Dallas & Beverly Hills – does red/​auburn better.
