It’s visit to this location in Mandeville, La. Ordered the box of 5 hard beef tacos at the counter. Only 2 employees were visible. Wait time was less than 5 minutes and the counter person brought my order to the table. The lettuce was clean and crisp cheese were fresh covered with a sprinkle of cheese. The low score is due to the lack of meat.

Absolutely the best fast food restaurant in Mandeville. They have a new Manager named Chris that really gets it done. The store is very clean and the food was above expectations. Hot, fresh and fast. The folks here have really stepped up there game here. Don’t believe what you have read on some of these reviews. Chris has fixed this place and we now come here a couple of days a week for lunch. You will be glad you did!

It must be nice to have 750,000.00 to a million and a half dollars to open a Hardy franchise and then just not give a f*** about what happens with it… cuz this place SUCKS! they take no pride in their work the place is filthy(some kind of plumbing issue makes the place smell like sewage) and THEY definitely do NOT make burgers fresh! I was so excited that Hardy was coming to Mandeville and I’ve been a loyal patron hoping they’ll get their stuff together but todays disaster was the final straw.

Bathrooms haven’t been cleaned in some time. Toilets have urine dried all over them Smells like sewer gas when you enter. They don’t clean the floors. So hot and humid inside the floors are wet and sticky.

Only went for breakfast a few times. They Always mess up the order. Manager was very rude. Food hit or miss. Probably won’t go back. The Wendy’s next door has better breakfast.

I’ve been here about a dozen times since they opened the first week of July. Early morning, middle of lunch, and evening time… I’ve always received good service no matter the time of day. This location is co — branded with Red Burrito yet there are no burritos on the menu at this time. Burgers, chicken sandwiches, hot dogs and fries make up the majority of the lunch/dinner menu. Breakfast is an assortment of biscuit sandwiches, hash browns and platters. I enjoy the Frisco breakfast sandwich. It’s ham, egg and cheese served on buttered Texas toast. Hash browns are like Burger King, which I prefer. The other biscuit sandwiches are just as good. Try the Monster Biscuit if you’re an all American meat lover. It’s stacked with egg, sausage, ham, bacon and two slices of cheese. The dining room features bar seating with eight tablets to keep the kids busy. I haven’t used any but it looks like they are loaded with games to occupy your time. Next to the tablets are outlets to plug in your phone charger, both USB and A/C outlets. They offer free WiFi and there’s A/C outlets near a few of the boiths for power if you need it. There’s also plenty of tables to sit at and outdoor seating if that’s your thing. It seems like they are very proud of their menu and the pricing reflects this. This is the reason I didn’t give them four stars.(I don’t think I’ll find s fast food restaurant worthy of five stars.) A person can eat here for less than $ 10. I don’t think you’ll be able to get a meal for under $ 5 unless you have some coupons. If you’re a fan of dollar menus or value menus, you won’t find that here. Example: small drinks are $ 1.69. But you do get free refills. Overall this Hardee’s has good service and the food is always prepared to order. I have yet to walk in and see food already sitting on the heat chute waiting for someone to order it.
