Don’t be quick to give them your credit card WHEN YOU KNOW you have insurance that covers emergency or outpatient care. We did and it took 6 months (after finally threatening a visit to small claims court) to get $ 110 of the down payment they required before giving care to my wife. We showed them our blue cross card and they told us our «deductible» had not been met although we were sure that it had and told them so. They told us lies for 6 months, even to the end they told us they would put check in the mail «today». When I called back to tell them to hold check for pickup in less than an hour I was told it it was already stamped and put in mail. I said the mailman doesn’t come that early and I was coming to pickup check. When I arrived to receive the envelope with check from receptionist there was NO STAMP on the envelope again proving another lie. They had no intention of putting a check in the mail that day.

There is a reason this urgent care clinic has been here since my childhood. Dr Yousef and his staff are always very courteous and professional. I always feel well cared for when I visit the office. I recommend Redi-​Med to everyone!
