Shelby’s Cleaners is amazing!!! I love that they come to my house two times a week an pick up and drop off my dry cleaning. This has been a major time saver for me. Since they are an organic cleaners and don’t use chemicals, my clothes don’t itch and feel stiff. Everything is always very nicely pressed. Even my husband, who is very picky, was impressed with how professionally his shirts were done and the attention to detail he noticed. Shelby is a very nice man who is very passionate about his company. The customer service is above and beyond! What’s even better, I’m not paying any more than I was for the cleaner I was having to drop off to myself and try to remember to pick up. I would recommend Shelby’s Cleaners to anyone.

Shelby was extremely rude and condescending after I explained a miscommunication of service. Topped with mediocre job of dry cleaning. At first I was excited to have an option of a delivery dry cleaning service but I will NEVER use Shelby’s Cleaners again and I certainly won’t recommend his services to anyone I know. Respecting your customers is the only way to keep them.

He came and picked up suit pants. Did a hem job and let waist out. Great job! Brought them back 6 days later total cost $ 38.75.
