Steinmart is similar to TJ Maxx but designed to feel more like a department store. They pride themselves on name brands at discount prices. I have been there many times but I always seem to leave within 10 minutes and empty-​handed. I’m looking for a deal and I just think they’re too pricey. You might as well shop at a regular department store. Also, I find the style of the women’s clothes to be more for older women. Or, maybe I just dress too young for my age. Best bets for me are the shoes, jewelry, or housewares.

Stein Mart is a good place to get a reasonably priced gift. There is a good selection of houseware type items like vases, picture frames and other decorative items.
There are also men and women’s clothing. Most of the clothing is name brands, but for significantly less than most department stores.
This shopping center gets very crowded, so come early. Mid day it is packed.
