Steve and Matt where very helpful and understanding. Called several bike shops trying to get info and was met with attitude and frustration because I wasn’t a biker who new anything. A beginner biker just wanting something to cruise around in. Thank you Steve and Matt for being so great! If I need anything else I will drive the hour to your shop! Customer 4 life. Screw the other guys!

Called and they could take my bike the same day! Excellent customer service. Steve was so nice and willing to help me out and even gave me some extra tips! I bought my bike at another nearby store but I will be switching to the Spokesman from now on.

The workers over at the Spokesman were really helpful when I needed repairs on my bike in a hurry. They did not charge me an arm and a leg. They always had what I needed. The best (any maybe only) bike shop in Mandeville.
