audio breakthroughs is great, i went looking for a solution for surround sound in my main living room, they could’ve easily sold me some expensive thin on wall or expensive in wall speakers. instead then recommended affordable speakers that attached directly to the tv and in ceiling surround speakers. Also when the installation team showed up they were extra professional and made sure everything was working and cleaned up before they left I’ve had my system for 1.5 years and have had absolutly no issues

I used Audio Breakthroughs to install and wire a Sony 4K tv in our Manhattan apartment in Manhattan. It was a non trivial (above the fireplace) installation with a SONOS sound system and multiple requirements on wiring and connected devices (4 HDMI, 1 Component AV cable).
I shopped around for quite a while and eventually decided to go with Spencer of Audio Breakthroughs. He was patient knowledgeable had excellent references and provided competitive prices on both equipment and labor.
The installers and programmers did a clean professional job cognizant of not damaging our walls, keeping the workspace as orderly and as clean as possible, and always conducting themselves in a courteous manner

I’ve bought numerous pieces of equipemnt here and I’ve always been advised properly. Never any dissapointment with the exception of a short delay every now and then on delivery time. Thye will always try o me competitive with pricing but I don’t mind paying more if I’m getting good advice and follow up service which I o get with them.
