ok can we be honest here. I came to PT works on a recommendation from my mom. I had 4 torn ligaments in my right ankle. I was in a boot for 6 weeks and a foot brace for 3. I was terrified to even move my ankle. Courtney is amazing. she asks the right questions and I trusted her right from the start. even though I can get easily distracted and wanna goof off, she keeps me focused. she’s clearly knowledgable and she genuinely cares about my well being. I started with stretching and progressed into strengthening. Courtney explains everything clearly and has a good sense of humor when I’m in a cranky mood and don’t wanna do any exercises. long story short — my pain is gone after 2 months! shout out to Maria and Tae, it wouldn’t be the same without your support. shout out to nick, who probably thinks I have a little too much fun at PT. love this place. Courtney is a great pt she has been helping me for weeks. Tae also helped opened my sinsus. Great people and staff. They got me to join Unilocal and I told them I write a great review for them.
