This is the second time I’ve used these folks and I recommend them very highly. The first time I used them to move everything from an old laptop to a new one, and in the process the disk on the old laptop failed and they had to go to great lengths to recover the data so they could move it over. They did not charge me extra for all that work (and I thanked my lucky stars that I was moving onto this new laptop just in the nick of time). I brought that same «new» laptop back to them, and it’s now about 3 years old, and they upgraded my OS, discovered that my RAM was bad (causing very slow performance!) and they got me a solid state disk drive. AND they moved everything over for me, of course. I feel like my whole life is on this laptop, and it is amazing how vulnerable I feel every time it needs any kind of repair. I feel SAFE with All-​City Computers, and they work hard to give me an even better turnaround time than I paid for. Great service, with caring, compassionate people.

Went in with a laptop that had a problem, was fixed in record time and was charged an incredibly great price.
These guys are absolutely the best we have experienced, ie.
Terrific customer service, ultra responsive speed, and incredibly reasonable rates!
We will go back to them any time we have problems with any of our technical needs.

Excellent. Abso-​freakin-​lutely efficient, knowledgable and personable. I have utilized the services of Marty & Jason since 2008 for both personal and my small business, and they have LITERALLY never failed to help with any issue.
In short, they’ve:
*upgraded our Mac operating systems
*installed VOIP for a small business
*connected a network of computers & printers for a small business
*repaired computers that have had typical issues (virus) or something more nefarious (coffee spill)
*made house calls

You guys ROCK! Thanks for the save. Two deadline reports that need scanning, 35 pages, and the printer goes down. The tech that came knew all about MACPRO with Parallel PC Platform and how to set it up with a new printer that only took Vista on one side. He was able to quickly show me out to work around the issue, since I only have Windows XP, and get the new printer to print PC docs off of the MAC side. I was up and running in 45 minutes and back to scanning and saving the docs!
Response time for the HELP call was great! The tech was a ‘techie’ with the computer but spoke in very easy ‘lay terms’ about what was happening and what was needed. He also told me what type of printer he would recommend I buy for the type of printing I was doing. Wish I would have called them first before I bought the printer I did…

Do not trust these guys. We have had nothing but horrible service here. We had a 6 year old PC that kept crapping out and these guys reinforced their «professional opinion» to us that we should keep getting it fixed there. I specifically asked them if it was worth fixing, or if we should just get a new computer and each time they assured us it was worth fixing. After 2 separate trips there and $ 600 later after 2 months, the computer is no longer working and they cannot do anything about it. They also take about 4 days to call you back when they say they will call you later in the day. And they also lost our power cord. You will waste your money here!
