Unilocal never fails.
I found Southbay Computer Support on Unilocal and called right away after our computer died. I needed to transfer data from our old computer to our new computer. I left a message that was returned right away and made an appointment for the following morning. Eric was able to tell me right away whether or not it would be possible to transfer the data, it was, and walked me through the process.
He gave me a great rate as a first time customer. I would strongly recommend this business. They are timely, professional, reasonable and personable.

Eric came to our home yesterday and fixed two computers. We couldn’t be happier with the result, including phone contact, on-​time service, really pleasant attitude, and knowledge of what needed to be done to solve our issues. I was impressed by the way Eric listened and remembered what outcomes I hoped for. Pricing is great. I like knowing that this is a community business and I will be able to contact Southbay Computer Support directly again for future issues. Peter provided excellent service. He was willing to pick up my laptop from my house and drop it off — even later in the evening since I work long hours. While he was diagnosing the problem he provided me with different scenarios in case I was going to lose my data. After he diagnosed the problem it was fixed very quickly and he even provided me with information on the problem and potential causes and a tip on a good online storage backup website. The price was reasonable and the flexibility was priceless. I will definitely go back to him with any future computer problems. Thanks Peter!

Peter was very knowledgeable and helpful in resolving all of my computer issues. He removed a virus, cleaned up the hard drive (to make it run faster and more efficient) and helped me set up my 3 different email accounts, including Microsoft Outlook and also Google email. You can’t beat his rates. Great experience overall and I would highly recommend him to anyone. 5 stars!

Great local computer support business. So happy I found them and they are VERY AFFORDABLE. My phone call was returned the same day and someone was at my house within 24 hours. The guy who helped me was efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this business.
