I was a tenant for City Wide for three years and had no complaints. Their emergency number is actually Vince’s cell phone. He always responded within 24 hours to my calls or answered when I called. He always sent someone out promptly for repairs.
He did use a plumber for caulking the bathtub after a drip that I thought did a horrible job. There was caulk everywhere. As a tenant I did not mind, but I would have been upset as the home owner. I pointed it out to City Wide and the next plumbing job on the toilet they sent someone else who did a good job.
