I had never tried cryotherapy before until I saw the Cryo Wave open in South Bay and I’m so thankful they are here! My lower back pain from sitting at a desk all day has gone away. Thank you Cryo Wave, I look forward to my weekly treatments :)

I have really bad knees and a bad back! After going in the sauna for one session I felt amazing. I don’t remember when the last time was that I was able to do squats and now my knees are allow me to do that. I plan on going back every day!

Thank god their is a Cryo center in the south bay!!!
If your on the fence about trying it trust me, it works miracles.
I began cryo after slipping a disk in my back. Now I use it a couple times a week for maintenance. So to have one down the street so I don’t have to commute to la is amazing!
And this place is wayyyyyyyyyt better then some of the other locations I have been too.
The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous, and the location is very sleek and cool.
I don’t usually Unilocal but I insist that you at least try out it once!!!
