Kathy Fox Physical Therapy

Dr. Fox is an amazing physical therapist. She operates her business out of her house and it provides her with the opportunity to see her patients for a full hour of therapy, while avoiding the waiting rooms and beuracracy of most hospitals. She helped me correct my issue (neck pain) and provided me with stretches, information, and workouts to avoid any chance of injury reoccurrence. Highly recommended!

I feel so fortunate to have found Kathy! She is incredibly knowledgeable in her field and takes great personal interest in her patients. After a recommendation from my doctor for physical therapy for a sports related knee injury, I began seeing Kathy a few times a week. She was able to pinpoint exactly what was going on. Her targeted therapy technique, recommended modifications and prescribed home exercises allowed me to continue with my workouts throughout the therapy/​healing process. My knee injury contributed to some hip and back issues which she also addressed and treated. I am finally back to my normal workout routine and pain free thanks to Kathy! I can’t recommend her highly enough!

Kathy is a truly gifted physical therapist. She is not only superb in her diagnoses and recommended treatments, but is empathetic and personally interested in the care and well being of her clients. Kathy has been there for me to quickly remedy a debilitating back spasm, provide ongoing treatment for other occupational and exercise-​related injuries, or offer recommendations for acquiring more knowledge on select websites. I am grateful for Kathy’s guidance, and know my muscles and joints are in good hands with her treatments.

I don’t often write reviews but I thought I would since I have had such a wonderful experience with Kathy Fox. I have been seeing her for about 6 months for neck and back pain as well as my ankle (which is fully recovered now). She is on time, super caring and is a true expert in her field. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Kathy Fox… Truly a great Physical Therapist. I was having issues with my knee, started with a MCL sprain that then took a turn into a nervous system issue. I was unable to bend my knee in complete for over a year with much pain involved. After endless dead ends in seeking treatment. Finally I found Kathy. She Is honest, patience, and wise beyond words. Bottom line she knows her stuff. I will continue to refer her.

I used to have issues with my back — my legs — my shoulders — my neck — and Kathy has been a wonderful healer for me who I recommend wholeheartedly to one and all. My pain is now gone! Kathy is also unique in that her one hour treatment is a TRUE one HOUR!!!

My experience with Kathy was awesome. I was suffering from a sharp pain underneath my right shoulder blade. It had been bothering me for over six months. My mother had had great experiences working with her during her knee surgery recovery so I decided to test her expertise with the shoulder joint.
It only took two sessions to completely eliminate the pain.
She used many unique techniques to loosen up my shoulder joint. After finishing my shoulder treatment, the pain has never come back and to this day feels well oiled.
She showed me awesome stretches that has enabled me to loosen up other tight joints as well.
I highly recommend Kathy to all of my personal and professional aquaintences.

Kathy Fox is an excellent physical therapist. I came to her for treatment of neck pain, and got so much more. With Kathy’s guidance, I’ve come to see how the choices I make every day play a huge part in my recovery and overall feeling of well-​being. She makes her treatment room a calm and relaxing place — unlike the busy, chatty, multiple-​therapist atmosphere I experienced during a very brief trial run with another local therapist. My entire exercise routine (I was a long-​time gym member) changed for the better, once Kathy introduced me to the movements that would help build strength and flexibility, not just in my neck but my back as well. Even my posture improved under Kathy’s care (no more rounded shoulders!) — another nice bonus I didn’t expect before starting treatment with her. As if that weren’t enough, she’s also a genuinely kind and caring professional who clearly loves her work.
