Edible Arrangements

First time here. The gal was very friendly and patient. I ordered an assortment box and was going smoothly buuuttt then
I didn’t know about not parking in the front during high traffic hours between 3p — 7p M-​F. Parking wasn’t allowed even though it said 1hr parking on the sidewalk. Car got towed. Paid a hefty impound fee + Manhattan Beach pd fee. Not a very good experience or location. Need better location with ample parking signs not just window dressing, an actual street sign. Some people are very visual.
That’s what I get for trying something new in a ritzy nei’hood.

I ordered a large fruit arrangement today, being the type A that I am, I wanted to see the product first before gifting it (as it seems the reviews for this place are less than stellar). However, my experience worked out so perfectly! I placed an order online for a pickup at noon but if you don’t check out in time then the clock gets pushed back a bit. So by the time I checked out the time that I could pick up was 12:30. I wrote a note saying I would like to pick up at 11:30am if possible. It was 11:00 already, yes I know (eye roll) I just wanted to make sure they understood I was on a time crunch lol.
They called me within 3 minutes after I had placed my order asking me to clarify the time, I told them I just needed it done ASAP. The girl said she would start right away. I had to run some errands and actually didn’t get there till 11:50 and the arrangements was set and ready for me in the fridge with my own personalized note printed. Parking for this place is behind the buildings as there are no street parking allowed out in the front (unless you want to be rear ended by traffic behind you). It’s across the street from a car wash for those of you who prefers to look for «landmarks» as oppose to dealing with the north/​south direction.
I can’t vouch for their delivery service, but their customer service concerning responsiveness, timeliness and finish product are wonderful!

Best location ever. I was greeted by Amber and she was wonderful by providing exceptional service. She was patient and helped me pick a good basket. In addition she even customized somethings for me. The fruit is always fresh and sweet. The baskets always look full, put well together and smell good. The only bummer is you have to preorder because they rarely have extras. I asked Amber and she said its because if they make extras but dont sell them, it goes waste. But they can make it right there for you. Now thats fresh. Definitely recommend :)

Ask for Connie as this is the Young Lady that has always helped me and has always been great.
I have ordered many times and on for all occasions from this store. I either pick up or have them delivered (2012, 2013 & 2014) and never had a bad experience.
If you want excellent Service ask for Connie. The arrangements are always Perfect. I have never had no complaints. Connie goes beyond to make sure customer service is great.

Yesterday is the 3^rd time we have received Edible Arrangements as a gift from friends and family — this gift was delivered from the Manhattan Beach store like before. Guess what, another disappointment! The times before, I called the store to let them know of what was wrong — this time, most of the fruit was not FRESH overall (like the grapes on a stick were old, not crisp). However, the chocolate-​covered strawberries were not ripe all the way. They are pricey and for them to not send out perfect products ²⁴⁄₇ is not acceptable nor right. Here the sender spends their hard-​earned money on a gift that they think will be fresh. By the way, they are located just around the corner from us so they don’t have an excuse they had to drive a long ways.

Where to begin, I placed order for my company, 9am and asked when they expect to deliver it by, there answer «there’s no guarantee, but latest is 4:00pm.» My company office staff whom I wanted it sent to closes by 5:00. I asked if they could deliver any earlier than 4:00 «no guarantee»
I told the lady if that’s the case, then could I just pick it up myself around 12:00, and deliver myself, her answer «oh that won’t be necessary we can deliver as early as 2:00, will that work?» I said that woud be fine. Never happened nothing was delivered. I called back that day and asked what happened, they said «we thought you said you were going to pick it up» my answer «you guys charged me a delivery fee already, and if you assumed I was picking it up, why didn’t you call if no one showed up and you have an order sitting there? «there answer «we’re sorry for the inconvenience «I asked for a manager, but they said he left for the day. I called the next day, the manager won’t be in till later.
No manager, no edible arrangement, oh cant forget and no guarantee.
There are other locations to order from, or try giftbaskets service. There reasonable, sensible and accommodating.

Ordered for my Dad’s 80^th Birthday~ It was perfect and ready on time! He loved it because he doesn’t eat cake and truly appreciated thoughts behind it! Thank you so very much Edible Arrangements Manhattan Beach for a job well done and I got the credit!

First time ordering. Very excited, although hesitant because of the steep pricing. I requested my order be delivered to my boyfriends work place. I specified that he would not be at work until noon and requested a late delivery. I was told the latest would be 4pm but that wasn’t a guarantee, although they would try their best to deliver as late as possible. I was also told my arrangement would not be sent until after 12pm because my boyfriend would not be there before then to accept the gift. My boyfriend sent me a text at 1030am that his surprise arrangement was already at work. Now his fruit has to sit at his work for the next 6 hours, which is really disappointing especially considering the price I paid for the arrangement and delivery fee.
I called the store to find out what happened. The associate that placed my order did not note a late delivery as she told me she would. The associate on the phone with me apologized, but proceeded to give me excuses such as «he can put the arrangement in the fridge at work because its a restaurant» which is untrue. Due to food safety practices, outside food cannot be stored in the refrigerator of restaurants to avoid contamination. She also gave me the excuse that «he can eat it on his lunch break» which would be true, but as a bartender, he is allowed to work 6 hours without a lunch and will most likely be too busy to snack as he goes as today will be a busy Saturday as always.
Long story short, I will not be ordering from this location ever again. I will make sure that my co workers, friends, family, and clients all hear about the terrible service I received. If I hadn’t received «excuses» from the associate on the phone, I may have been more understanding of the situation. Rule #1 of customer service: The customer is always right. Rule #2 of customer service: Refer back to #1. Next time Id appreciate not getting excuses.

We have used edible arrangements so many times and they are usually on top of it but this was a first for this location and the last for all locations. My dad from boston ordered my kids an arrangement for valentines day on Wednesday for Thursday delivery. Since this was a gift my family did not hound me thursday to ask if I got a arrangement since i think that is a bit tacky but saturday they asked if they kids enjoyed it and i had no idea what the were talking about. My family reached out to the store who said they tried to deliver it and no one was home and will remake it. Still never came nor have I received one phone call (my nanny is here ALL day). This morning i received a call it was on the way and will be there shortly at 5pm nothing. SERIOUSLY valentines day was Thursday and 5 days later they have called 1 time when they have my sisters email, phone, my phone come on! When my sister called to complain Corporates response was you should have called Friday we cant help you now and the store was so unprofessional. Im writing this because I have sent so many gifts to clients and family and the one thing you want is someone reliable and professional. Do not use them and spend your money somewhere else!

Quality may vary from location to location but this EdiA location seems solid enough. No crazy shit’s happened with anything I’ve ordered here for my girlfriend who works in Manhattan Beach. She of course loves their chocolate covered fruit in cute little arrangements; I love seeing her love them. No complaints from me!

I ordered online the night before picking up my arrangement. When ordering it asks for a pick up time. I put 12 noon. I showed up around 11:45 to pick up my arrangement and was told it wasn’t ready since the order said noon. I said no problem, how long would it take, and she said 10 – 15 minutes. No problem. But she kept repeating it would be another 10 – 15 minutes. I can kill 10 minutes easily but she was making me fell really uncomfortable with the repeating that it would take another ten minutes.
While I was waiting, she brought me a chocolate covered strawberry to sample. Not only was it a nice touch, it was delicious (note to self to add to next order).
Ten minutes went by and the order was complete, wrapped, and ready to go.
The overall arrangement was nice but somehow it didn’t look as plentiful as others I have personally received from the same location. Maybe because I ‘rushed’ them at the last minute?
Parking is in the back or out from if you’re quickly running in and out.
