We took our rental car to them cause we thought we had a screw in our tire ended up it was just in the tread they did not charge us! It was so nice of them I highly recommend them.

Sam and Jeff were so professional and provided the best customer service. Talk about knowing your industry! They are both so intelligent. They throughly explained the condition on my tires and the importance of maintaining my car. This place is busy because this is the place to go to! All the staff are so friendly and most have been there for years. This is my new shop !

I come here every few months for an oil change and alignment on my car. I am a lifetime customer they always take good care of my car. I highly recommend this establishment!

Had a problem fitting my bracket on the terminal head of a new battery, so I went in around closing time to see what could be done. They saw me immediately, quickly identified and fixed the problem, and had me on my way. Very helpful and capable group.

These guys were awesome! I was stranded down the road from this location, and these guys got me in right away and helped me fix what was wrong with my car. They were very professional and very nice and saved me money everything that they could help with. Which ended up being a lot of money saved for me in the end. I really appreciate the help that they gave me… Would definitely recommend this location to anyone… I plan on going back to them when it’s time for my breaks to be replaced.

After hearing two different stories from JiffyLube and Pep Boys, I was unsure if a repair shop could fix my car. Luckily, I came across Firestone Complete Auto Care in Manhattan Beach on Unilocal.I was impressed with their high ratings and figured I would bring my car here. I’m sooooo glad I did. Sam is awesome! He got me in and out for an oil change with no hassle, in a timely matter, with great quality oil, educated me on some things, and had my car checked out for other issues (which I knew about but have been procrastinating). I can proudly say that I’m switching my auto care providers to Firestone. This place is awesome. Sam and Gabriel really helped me out today with a tire patch. Everyone’s so friendly and efficient! I’ll definitely go back for future oil changes and maintenance!

Very good about price matching, honoring competition’s coupons, etc. The team here really wants you to become a long term customer.
David and Sam are great! I mean everyone is but they both were extremely helpful in my first visit when I needed new tires.
I have also come back here for an oil change. My lexus needs full synthetic oil and my previous oil change was at Jiffy Lube. Guess the price difference… $ 126 vs $ 82 (prices inclusive of taxes and fees)!!

This is Firestone location is my favorite. The staff is friendly and professional. They greet and acknowledge you as soon as you walk through their door. I scheduled my appointment online and they were waiting for me. It was a routine oil change and tire rotation, but they also check to make sure everything else is working well. Thanks to David. Jason and Gilbert for always providing me excellent service with a smile.

Received a great customer service from Sam. He was friendly and super helpful. Came in because I had low tire pressure, thought I’d be charged an arm and a leg, but he totally hooked me up. Definitely coming back for my 15k service :)

I’ve been here quite a few times over the past few years, always great and fast service.
But today was even better:
I had a screw in my Toyota tire, went to the dealership, they said I had to replace it, $ 360 for a new tire.
Went across the road to Firestone:
15 min, the tire is patched, $ 19 — which the manager said «was on him»!

This place is okay. The mechanics knew what they are doing and they solved some problems on my car that other mechanics missed. The mechanics also have a really good work dynamic. I probably wont ever come back here because they were really expensive and they did not do the best job explaining why my car had problems, and what would happen if I failed to replace the said parts. I came at a really busy time and waited here for 6 hours. The guy that quoted me for the cost of maintenance kept trying to pimp a credit card on me. I understand they have a quota to make but I already said no twice. I dropped over $ 700 on four spark plugs, an oil gasket, and labor. It feels like they overcharged me just so they could motivate me to get a credit card.
This review was edited because It has been almost a year and I am still mad about my experience at this particular Firestone. I have a PT cruiser that has a crap load of problems. It is a really common car they should have been able to diagnose my issues. I took my car to a hole in the wall shop a week later when my car was over heating. I almost blew a head gasket. I came in because my car was overheating Firestone should have caught this issue. I also dropped the review because the guy that was helping me kept telling me that my «boyfriend» would be okay with me getting a credit card.

This morning our car was broken into, wallet and credit cards gone. Had a Firestone card and called out of desperation to get our window fixed. They do not do Windows but said they could help. With the bad guys maxing our credit cards and draining our bank account. We had no funds, but they out sourced the window replacement and allowed us to charge it the the Firestone account.

I stopped by here the other day. I just needed washer fluid for my car and the gentleman was very kind and filled it up for me for no charge. Sometimes it’s the little things that make a difference or the customer service. Thank you so much. I will be back here to get services for my car.

Amazing experience. I normally don’t enjoy getting my car looked at for fear of being taken advantage of but these guys are not like that. They were very helpful and you can feel that they don’t try to take advantage.
I was helped by Kenny and he took great care of my car. He answered all of my questions sincerely and in a way that I could understand. Definitely ask for Kenny!

I took my car in for life time alignment. Making an appointment is very easy. Amir was very helpful.
The good: open in Sundays, relatively quick service, life time alignment.
The bad: my leather seats and door got grease on them from the mechanic; alignment was good but the steering wheel was off center. I had to go back the same day to get that fixed.
Bottom line: good friendly service but need to cover seats to keep them from getting dirty from mechanic
Update:I received a call the following day with an apology and an offer to clean the leather

Amazing turn around. Went from flat to fixed in ~1hr on a Sunday (most other places were closed) and for a very reasonable price. Everyone working there was friendly and happy to show me what went wrong and what got done to fix it.
Just moved to the area and already found my go-​to place!
