STARS, the company I work for, has been extremely blessed to be working with Manda + the HF crew for about a year now! Manda + her team prepare and deliver fresh meals to our door each morning for our professional and club athletes and all who taste her creations have nothing but amazing things to say. The meals that HF prepares amaze us more and more each day to say the least. The ingredients, customer service + awesome packaging are unlike any other service we have used and I would recommend HF to anyone and everyone. Many of our athletes are picky and Manda has always welcomed feedback and adjusted meals accordingly, which is greatly appreciated. The meals that HF prepares are honestly some of the most fresh and delicious things I have ever tasted and you can truly tell that all meals are made with extra love + care! Thank you Manda + HF team for continuously blowing our taste buds away!

I have been meaning to write this for awhile. I had them prepare a private dinner at my house. with a theme! I was very happy with everything they did. they played off our theme with the food and kept me evolved with ideas the whole way. I highly recommend them for your next event !! I also was very impressed with how they kept on schedule with everything going on. as well as I much appreciated that before they left my kitchen was in better condition from when they started :)

I work in a small law office in Downtown Long Beach with only 3 other people, and my boss was given a gift certificate for Haute Foodie’s services for Christmas to use for an office lunch. He wanted to use it sooner rather than later, and as his assistant, I was in charge of planning the whole thing. Well when I first got in contact with Manda, she was so incredibly helpful planning a menu for us and meeting our every need. By the time the day came around, she showed up early, and set everything up in our conference room with complete ease. By the time we got down to eating, we were all waiting to try her delicious looking food. Manda’s food is absolutely delicious! We had stuffed chicken with spinach, salad with burrata cheese and bacon bits, hummus, bruschetta, and tirmisu shooters for dessert. It is all so cleanly prepared and the presentation is absolutely stunning. If we have another opportunity to use her services, we most definitely will. Thanks Manda for all your help!

Manda and her assistant did such a wonderful job. This was my first time hiring a private chef so I was a little nervous, however, everything turned out amazing! She really does her best to take the stress off of the host. This was a surprise for all of my guests and they were very happy. I would most definitely use her again. Enjoy!

I am hesitant to let you all know how much we loved Manda, her staff, the food, the service in fear that she won’t be available the next time we need her for an event. We had a holiday party at our house last Saturday. We had about 36 guests. The food was AMAZING! Our guests couldn’t get enough of all the appetizers. Manda and her staff were efficient, on time, professional and very accommodating. We will definitely have her cater all our future events.

The Haute Foodies are amazing. No joke.
These girls are super competent, polite and so fun to work with! I actually had them cater for me last year and was excited to see they had finally opened a Unilocal review page. Manda and her staff were very helpful with great suggestions and ideas for my event and I look forward to having her prepare for the coming holidays.
I also appreciate that they were able to customize a menu to match my healthy eating style as well as the theme of the party. I have nothing but rave reviews for all of the delicious, beautiful & healthy foods we had that night. Thanks again girls!

I just recently hosted a team building party for my company and used the Haute Foodies. Let me just say, not only was the food brilliant but the staff was incredibly helpful. From the moment I called, Manda and her team made me feel completely at ease with everything. They helped me decide whether I should have passed hors d’oeuvres at the beginning of the party and what sort of entrées we should serve. I was even thrilled to find out that they also specialize in «animal friendly» cuisine as I have a few vegan co workers.
I was really impressed with the food because the dishes were ‘interactive’. It wasn’t anything like previous corporate events that we’ve had. The food was actually a conversation piece between co workers! In addition, I was really thrilled with how the food and the displays were fine tuned to match, no paper plates and plastic knives! No cold pasta! No sandwiches and bagged chips!
I will definitely use them again for personal and business. I had a great time and if you are looking for a fun catering company these are your girls!

Ladies and gentlemen of Orange County (and surrounding areas) I couldn’t be more pleased to be the first (in what’s sure to be a long line) of ecstatic reviewers for such an amazing talent such as Miss Aiello.
My wife and I had an intimate dinner/​fundraiser with around 40 guests. Knowing that I’m a food snob (or so she says, I don’t buy it personally), my wife now leaves the catering decisions to me. Having said that, after talking to countless experienced individuals, I came to the only logical conclusion, Miss Aiello.
From her impeccable knowledge of preparation, immaculate plating design, organic an sustainable options… to her overall professionalism… let’s just say, our little get together went off brilliantly!
To end… you must try the «Raw Bar Alonso»…cocktail and mignonette, absolute elegance!
