I am so lucky to have had Lynn represent me in my first home purchase! From helping me find my property to closing the transaction, she was incredibly detailed and went above/​beyond what I expected. Lynn is a longtime family friend, a wonderful person, and the best sort of realtor you could ask for. She has a true passion for finding her clients the absolute perfect place. We looked at close to 40 different houses, each time Lynn sat back and waited for us to evaluate how we felt about the place but also offered up practical advice and suggestions about each place that we as first time home buyers would not have thought of. When we finally found a place which we fell in love with, the comforting thing was seeing and feeling that Lynn had also fallen in love with this place for us too. From the point of making an offer through closing, the entire process went smoothly thanks to Lynn’s knowledge, and we even closed a week early.
After moving in there were a few minor issues that came up which were covered under our warranty. Lynn was adamant that we keep her informed and involved so that she could reach out to the warranty company herself to make sure the issue was resolved timely and that we would receive a sufficient level of coverage.

We were very fortunate to have Lynn represent us in purchasing our home in the 360@Southbay community. Lynn represented both us and the seller fairly and was so open in her communication with us. At the time of the purchase we did not live near the property but since Lynn took cared of everything for us it made the transaction so smooth even when we were not close by. First, let me just say that this review is long overdue. Nearly a year ago I had the privilege of working with Lynn Range to help my wife and I purchase our home in one of the best cities in LA — El Segundo. Yes, I may be a little bias. But what can I say? It’s an amazing city in a fantastic location! Okay, back to Lynn. We were introduced to Lynn by our lender from Wells Fargo. Immediately Lynn was on the ball. She understood our needs/​wants and was willing to do whatever it took to make them happen. Less than a month, we had our home. While the house needs some TLC, we purchased it at a great price, and did I say it was in a fantastic location. But our friendship with Lynn didn’t end there. About 3 months ago my wife and I were walking on The Strand in Manhattan Beach and who do we hear calling out our name? That’s right — Lynn. That moment sums up everything about Lynn. She is professional AND personal. She really does care about her clients and ensures that they receive exceptional service. If you’re looking for a Realtor, go with Lynn. You won’t be disappointed.

I was referred to Lynn by another friend and knew instantly when i interviewed her I had found my agent. I was immediately struck by her knowledge of the South Bay market, her enthusiasm and energy and knew she’d work hard for me. I didn’t know about her guts in coming up with the best selling price and negotiation strategy! I don’t do this very often (sell a house), and was selling the house I had owned as a single woman for 37 years, the last 5 as a rental, so was understandably nervous and pretty particular about its looks and representation. Lynn understood this and we quickly developed an excellent working relationship. She had excellent ideas on everything from marketing strategy to paint colors and was very helpful and knowledgable about the selling process, which gave me a lot of confidence. I really appreciated how available she was in responding to texts and emails very quickly. I’m thankful for having met her and grateful for our very successful outcome. Lynn represented me in selling my Manhattan Beach home and she was an absolute pleasure to work with and a true professional. I was initially impressed by her tenacity and thoughtful approach to marketing a home.
I had met with several agents and while all of them had the experience and the credentials, Lynn provided an added layer of skill-​sets that I believe were critical in meeting my expectations.

My husband met Lynn at an open house and had an instant connection. Not only is Lynn a down-​to-​earth, warm, and inviting person, she was one of the most enthusiastic and hardworking real estate brokers I have met. Her past experience in owning a staging company was a huge driver in selling our home because she was able to take our current décor and augment it to show off its best attributes, resulting in two offers within three days of listing! The next step was in finding a new home that fit our many criteria, which was difficult given the boom in the market. Lynn was relentless in helping us with our home search and really trying to understand the type of home that would make us happy. When we did find our dream home, she lent her expertise in how to write the offer, but was also open to our approach/​recommendations. We were among many competitive bidders, but ultimately got our offer accepted as a result of Lynn’s perseverance, relationship-​building, and consistent follow-​up. Having a very, very tight window to close escrow, Lynn was with us every step of the way to ensure we closed escrow on time. Additionally, she was great at seeking the guidance of her manager/​colleagues for any unique/​complex aspects of our transactions.
What makes Lynn unique is that she gets very invested in her clients and goes above and beyond what is expected of a realtor. She understands how personal the home buying process is and her little gestures of kindness and support really make the difference (e.g., she gave my husband and I a gift card to a restaurant for being displaced during the open house, she had her painter match our interior wall color when we discovered that the seller did not leave us any touch-​up paint). I can guarantee that Lynn will do whatever it takes to make her clients happy, and I would definitely recommend her services!
