MaidPro

Couldn’t be happier with maidpro. For the last few months they have been providing me with a free home cleaning one time per month while I go through chemotherapy treatment. The cleaning has been immeasurably helpful, and the women that have come to do the cleaning are always friendly and work quickly. They also bring their own supplies which is great since I don’t have to go to the store to get more obscure cleaning products. The company also never treated me as anything other than a normal client, despite the fact that the cleaning services are free. Most companies would probably do a half ass cleaning (which too be fair I would be perfectly happy with as it’s free), but maid pro hasn’t done that, in fact I get the impression the women that are coming to clean don’t even know that it’s free. I’m so happy with the experience and all the help they have offered me that I intend on continuing to hire them as I am now nearly finished with treatment. Overall would 100% recommend to friends and family

Used MaidPro for the first time last week. I have a two bedroom apt and the ladies did an excellent job cleaning all the areas I dread cleaning! I highly recommend them to any friends and family and def will use them again!

I’ve not actually used MaidPro for cleaning — just wanted to share my experience when inquiring about their services. I contacted them based on a single Unilocal review I found from Ali T of Arcadia who states she is a realtor in the ‘greater LA area’. She gave a 5 star review for work they did at a house she was showing and/​or sold. They had an office in my neighborhood, so I called them using the local phone # provided during general business hours. The nice young lady who answered stated she was actually at company HQ in the Boston area! (Why didn’t someone local answer the phone?) She reviewed their services and provided an estimate. When I emailed her asking about how payment would be made, she said she needed credit card information before she could schedule someone at my house. Since she wasn’t local, and all I knew of the service was the single Unilocal review, I asked for local references — after all, they did state they had a office in Manhattan Beach and the lady in Boston said that services would be contracted from that local office. She said for reasons of privacy, she couldn’t divulge contact information from any clients — so I asked for their local office manager to call me. Instead, the lady in Boston sent me two links she said were reviews from the internet. One was a yellow pages review, done by what appears to be the same person as the Unilocal review, on the same day and almost verbatim to the Unilocal review. The person doing the YP review was Alice Tu (almost identical to Ali T, the person doing the Unilocal review). The other was actually an Angie’s List business description, NOT a consumer review. Curiously, the name of the contact for the business on the Angle’s List business listing was Lydia Tu… So are Alice and Lydia Tu related with Alice supporting her relative’s business? (Not that this would be the only time something like this might have happened). In any case — with not a single local review in the 1 – 2 years they’ve been in business, with no local person to contact and with the only reviewer being someone who looked related to the business owner, I declined to provide credit card information and disengaged. There may not be anything amiss, but I am very cautious with my financial information.

I’m a realtor for the greater Los Angeles area. I had picked to work with Maidpro simply because it was suggested by a friend. I need them to act fast, clean great and cost reasonable. It was a great choice! They not only came on time but they are very detailed. I was impressed with the efficiency, punctuality, and their cost. I’d suggest you to give them a try. I’m glad I did! I saved time, got the job done and impressed my client! Killed 3 birds with one stone!
