Right Look Mobile Detail

Just had my 2 cars detailed by Rob. They are both black, not the easiest color to detail. He buffed out all the annoying surface scratches that were a result from going to car washes. He spent almost 4 hours on each car and I was amazed on how the shine glistened in the sunlight. Black cars are the most difficult to keep clean but after being buffed out-​nothing looks better than a shiny black car. I would highly recommend Rob to detail your car. I will definitely call on him again to detail my cars.

So where do I begin? On Sat. Sept 19. I was shopping around for car detailing because I’m in the process of selling my vehicle and a friend of mine had advised me that I should get it detailed so it looks better. I agreed and started calling and searching for car detailing places around my area. I remember calling Robert earlier that day along with dozen others in the area. I can not remember the exact price he had quoted me over the phone but it was around $ 200+. Later on that day he had gave me a call back and told me about the Unilocal special that he is offering for $ 125. That price sounded great to me so we scheduled for him to come over the next day. He came over Sunday around 4:30 in the afternoon. And when he took a look at my car he said my car has «oxidation» and it would take a lot of work to remove it so the price went from being $ 125 to now $ 375! (After researching what oxidation really looked like my car didn’t even have oxidation at all. The closes it had to it was fingerprint stains from the mechanics that previously worked on my car.) Anyways, after going back and forth with him about the price we finally settled for $ 250 but I mentioned to him I did not have $ 250 on me at the moment because I only withdrew $ 130 from the bank and I did not know the price was going to change. He said he would do the outside of the vehicle then come back and wash the inside when I had the rest of the money. 7 o’clock comes and I guess he was ready to leave because the sun came down and all that was done was the rims, tires, and sides of my vehicle. He said he would be back the next day at 5:30AM to continue. I asked him was he sure because I understand how hard it is to wake up that early in the morning but he said he could make it. So I paid him $ 100 for what he did so far thinking he would come back. The next morning came, no show. I called and texted him, no reply, until I called from a different number then I got a hold of him. Then he explained how he had to take his child to school and he couldn’t make it in the morning. Okay, understandable. Then he asked if I could hold off till the weekend (Saturday morning) then he’ll continue with my car. I agreed. Saturday morning comes, again no show and lack of communication. And I was mad because I actually had plans Saturday morning that I had to cancel because I thought this dude was actually coming smfh. So I got fed up and took my car to the Downey Car Wash & Detail Center and they did an extremely amazing job. Then on Sunday I get a text from him saying that he «stopped by my house but your not home». No I wasn’t home. I’m never home! And when did you even communicate to me that you were going to come on Sunday? I have no tolerance for my time being wasted and I hate when people can not communicate properly. Never again –_​_​-​!!

They did a great job detailing my Mustang, and I’m pretty picky with my ride. He was very friendly & explained everything he was going to do. They came to my job on a Saturday. They were finished when they said they would be, and were reasonably priced. I usually clean my own car and was a little nervous having my car cleaned without my supervision, but I happened to be working that weekend. Sometimes you don’t get what you pay for or they do a poor job. That was not the case here. The amount I paid for what was done vs the time I saved not having to do it myself after work was well worth it.

Very rare are the times when you find the right person for a job like this.
