RPM Mortgage

We’ve worked with a lot of mortgage brokers over the yeras, and I thought we had pretty good experiences. I didn’t realize how great and smooth a loan process could actually be until we bought our new house and worked with Glenn and Denise Daly.
I met Glenn by chance at the Coldwell Banker office in Long Beach, and while I didn’t jive with the real estate agent I met there, Glenn was just amazing and great to work with. He was super knowledgable about the VA loan we were trying to use for our purchase. He was kind, friendly, practical, honest, and realistic about what we could afford and qualify for.
Glenn was great at answering my 4 million questions, his responses were practically instant. He was available all the time, so when we put in offers on the weekend or late in the evening, he had pre-​approval letters ready for me within moments.
We ended up closing 2 loans with him within 45 days, we refinanced one house and purcahsed a new house.
I was repeatedly impressed with how accurate his estimates were, and the one time his estimate was off because of something completly beyond his control, he reimbursed me the $ 400 difference.
Glenn was an absolute pleasure to work with. Denise, who was our senior loan processor, was also amazing. She was knowledgeable and just on top of getting all our paperwork in order for underwriting. She and Glenn both really went above and beyond in getting our loans processed and closed on time. They seriously moved mountains to make me happy. Oh, and they sent me a cool insulated tote bag which came in super handy when I was moving and emptying one fridge to fill the other.
I can’t recommend Glenn and RPM more highly. I’m a little sad that I don’t have another property to finance because working with Glenn and Denise was such a great experience.
**It says their office is in Manhattan Beach, but I had all my dealings with Glenn at his office inside the Coldwell Bankers place near the traffic circle in Long Beach. That was great for me, because there is no way I’d have driven to manhattan beach to do the limited amount of things that required an in person appearance.

Working with Glenn over the last month has been a pleasure. His communication was top notch and he was always patient in describing exactly where we were in the process. He was on top of any additional paperwork we either needed to sign or provide and the loan was ready to go ahead of schedule. I have already recommended him to a number of friends and family members and will continue to recommend him without a second thought.
