Shaida is a real go getter! Having lending background, I can appreciate the candidness she has with the realities of borrower qualifications. Many people have either had an experience that makes them appreciate/​regret working with a mortgage lender who overpromises and under delivers.
Shaida puts clients needs before her own. I can attest to this personally. She just recently referred out a repeat past client when we were in a jam to get an FHA 203k loan for a HUD bid. Who does that? A Mortgage Planner and Financial Planner does. Someone committed to the long term benefits.
