The best, they have the best workers and they always make the food the same every-time.

I try to eat vegan as much as possible. Ethics aside, Taco Bell surprisingly has a lot of vegan options. Beans, rice, guacamole, potatoes, taco/flour shells are all vegan, so it’s really easy to have a quick, cheap meal on the go that’s vegan. Basically you can get almost any item, and substitute refried/black beans for the meat and then tell them you want it ‘fresco’, which removes sour cream and cheese and replaces it with pico de gallo. Try it!

I’m not much for reviewing fast food but I must honor good employees regardless of the cost or situation. I stopped by tonight after a long day and the gentleman at the window was polite, attentive, and knowledgable. While I stumbled along trying to order some basic food he was very patient and friendly. Nice work Taco Bell!

This was hands down the FASTEST drive thru experience I’ve ever had — especially during lunch hour! You guys rock!

Taco Bell, I love you long time. I am a long time fan of Taco Bell. I highly recommend the taco supreme combo #3. The orange taco sauce pack is addictive, so be careful with that there. What I do not recommend is purchasing more than 2 different menu items. it has been my experience that It really doesnt matter what you order from Taco Bell because everything taste the same. Same stuff, same meat, same season, all… same. It will totally freak you out when you eat your taco, and then eat your burrito, or mexican pizza or salad and it tastes just like your taco. The first time it happened to me, I was like«what the hell»? So please order wisely. ~ stay sexy

I will NEVER eat at this Taco Bell again after what I witnessed and experienced with the staff there. After getting a couple items at the Drive Thru during their Happy Hours, pulled into their parking lot to eat. While sitting there, I saw a crow attacking a live mouse coming from TB trash can area. The crow was in the process of tearing the mouse up, so I notified one of the employees. Soon after, he came out with a broom and sweeper. I was horrified since he was going to pick of the mouse with it. I assumed those equipment would be reused to clean it he inside of the restaurant. Another employee came out and stopped him. Eventually, they put on gloves and grabbed the mouse that was still berating and discarded in the trash bin. I wonder what the Health Department would say about it. In any case, I was so grossed out and thew my food in the trash. I brought this up to the shift leader and comment was«it’s nature» and there is no «rodent» in their restaurant. I am not so sure about that since this incident took place on their property. Out of principle, I asked for a refund of $ 2 which she reluctantly gave me. The most disappointing thing was the manner in which they handled the incident, very unapologetic and nonchalant attitude about the whole thing.

Taco Bell is the best place to take a girl on a date probably. I would recommend the taco. It is very hip that they did a collab with Pizza Hut too. Very hip. The Baja blast is a soda. It is a soda you can find nowhere else. Pretty cool. The foods not that good though. Can beat it.

Ahh, it’s the little things. Call me simple but this girl enjoys the simple things in life. I’ve been to many Taco Bells up and down the California Coast. This one is the fanciest. Admittedly, I haven’t been to a TB in a long time because I’ve jumped on the band wagon with the whole raw and organic thing. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t do the whole gluten free — it’s not that bad. Anyways, at the risk of getting mud butt, I agreed and took my kids to TB. They begged and begged, quote«it’s been years!» they said. So off we went. Mind you, we went in. Drive thrus are risky with over 6 orders to ask for. This store is clean, service was quick and friendly and the cherry on top was the neatly organized bowls of hot sauce, sporks and napkins.(See picture) That’s the fancy stuff I speak off. I’m not used to this kind of attention to detail at TB. A round of applause to this owner, cause they are doing an awesome job here. In the 30 minutes we were here, the guy behind the counter must have swept around the restaurant at least twice, plus wiped off tables immediately after customers left and said thanks to us as we were leaving. Now, I’ve never been to the TB headquarters in Orange County but have drove by it. Those corporate guys should pay attention cause this TB is so good, I almost left a tip! I know right?! Now, if only, I swear to you, if only they served chili cheese burritos aka chilitos here. I’d drop raw and organic in a heart beat and come here once a week.

Ok, so here’s the score: This place has never messed up my order and the food always tastes the same AND I’ve never gotten sick from it. BAM. This Taco Bell is luckey they are on the way home from Hermosa to my home in Manhattan. I cannot count how many drunken stops I’ve made here(of course with designated drivers and taxi’s). My favorite choice is the Crunch Wrap Supreme. It’s like a smörgåsbord of ooey gooey warm goodness. At least that’s what I think when it’s going in… I like how the never forget to ask about hot sauces. I always ask for a mix of fire and mild. I like to mix them together for my very own personalized salsa.

4 Stars I feel like a fat**s just for giving 4 stars to a Taco Bell. Feel like more of one for being the«duke» of this place on Unilocal mobile! The last few times I’ve been here, I noticed that they stepped their game up. Service at the drive thru window has been very impressive, and they haven’t messed up an order(:knock on wood:). The Beefy Crunch Burrito is not bad, but nothing special either.

I’m like a beaten wife when it comes to this Taco Bell. They mess up my order every now and then, I swear I won’t come back, and then weeks later I find myself driving over at 1am for 4th meal or 5th meal. What’s interesting is it’s always the same error — turning my supreme order into a regular order. I guess this is just the nature of pumping out fast food, and my tomatoes and sour cream just fail to make it into my tacos. However, I have to commend the manager for taking action. Once, I wrote a complaint on Taco Bell’s website, which went something along the lines of, «I know it sounds trivial complaining about my sour cream and tomatoes missing, but we’re living in a down economy…» and received a call from the manager of this Taco Bell the next day, asking me to come back in. She said my matter wasn’t trivial, REFUNDED my Four Crunchy Taco Supremes, REPLACED my Four Crunchy Taco Supremes, and then told me I could order whatever I would like for FREE(I parlayed this into 2 Double Decker Taco Supremes and 2 Beef Baja Chalupas, ridiculous right??). I don’t want to come back, but I know I will.

Ya know, you think Taco Bell and Pizza Hut are an odd combination. But it works. Sometimes the person taking the order is a little slow on the mental side. Possibly because they«No speaka de Ingles» but its rather comforting to know that it’s there. One thing I’m really happy about… The Bacon Ranch Chalupa. Yum. The only thing to work on is that Language Barrier issue. I realize this is LA and lots of hispanics live here. Heck, California used to be a Mexican Territory! But honestly, Learn English. Learn to help me feel more comfortable ordering through the drive-thru.

This Taco Bell gets five stars, because I worked there 30 years ago! It’s still standing, though totally remodeled from the good old days. Back then, we actually cooked all the meat and beans on-site, and fried the taco shells there too. Everything was legitimately fresh and relatively healthy. Now the food is mostly pre-prepped, I think. Ah, well. Sweet memories of $ 3.25 an hour(10 cents over minimum wage!) and bad skin make this a five-star place in my mind forever.
