My husband and I were very disappointed in dealing with this company. The entire process from the beginning was difficult and stressful. We wasted almost 7 weeks while giving Wayne’s Window Coverings the benefit of the doubt.
An example of a different experience for us was: Finally realizing that we would have to go elsewhere for the blinds, we found a company that came to our house, heard what we wanted, made several recommendations that allowed us to make an immediate decision, placed our order, then checked with the manufacturer for availability & provided a delivery date and installation date. All of this was within 24 hours of placing the initial phone call to the vendor.
There are lots of other options out there where you can receive excellent, efficient service with «a smile»!
