Great customer service and clean! Samoni (sp?) was especially sweet and memorable!

SUCH A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION!!! So they offer free yogurt today! We wait in line for over an hour! **kids are super excited to get their yogurt**. When we get inside they didn’t want to give us any by telling us there were no more cups! We got the free tickets btw! We got there at 5:50pm. There was well over 50 people behind us! They all got some. A Latina chick was super rude and denied my kids their share of yogurt! Very humiliating! This place and their employees have left a bitter taste in my mouth. I will stay faithful to my Torrance location where they are super friendly, respectful and LOVE kids! I will never return to this location ever again! A huge disappointment for the kids! Lets hope her family never gets treated the same way she treated us! Shame on her!
We shall see if the manager even cares to respond.
BTW, the place is a complete filth!

Yum! Favorite place for dessert in this plaza HAS to be yogurt land! I’ve been a customer of theirs for a couple of years now and I must say that during the summer the line is always out the door! But it is THAT good haha. They have different choices of flavors of yogurt and then a lot of options for toppings too! Fortunately, my favorite one isn’t seasonal: Mango! Top it off with some fresh strawberries, cheesecake bites, chocolate chips and some Ghirardelli chocolate syrup and you’re good to go! This yogurt land is clean, and the employees are nice. There is indoor and outdoor seating available too.

I love the popping Bobas they serve… usually mixed flavors like peach, passionfruit, strawberry.
Lines will get long in the summer but usually lines move quick.
Ask for little sample cups from the register, I’ve never felt any reluctancy on their part to give me sample cups. Nice!
I love the fresh fruit flavors… they taste really natural and smooth.

Yogurtland never disappoints me always refreshing no matter the time and temperature. Yes even if its cold ill still get my yogurtland mmm. Plenty of flavors and always happy to try the new flavors when available. Toppings oh toppings so many to choose from if i could id put ALL of them. Great location plenty of setting inside and out. Plenty of parking so no worries on that hey you can always get pizza right next door to combine with yogurtland =D

These guys are amazing. I showed up at 10:55 PM last Saturday night and they totally let me take my time and didn’t rush me out. Then… When I went to pay… I realized I forgot my wallet at home. They were super nice about it and even let me keep my yogurt. I go here all the time and it’s always clean and the service is great. Thank you YL!

We love Yogurtland. It is by far our favorite frozen yogurt chain. Of the 3 near the beach, this is our least favorite location. That’s pretty bad considering I used to work a block away.
Half the flavors are bleh or repetitive. Each location orders the flavors they want to stock. So I don’t know why this location feels the need to do multiple tart flavors (taste very similar), multiple chocolate flavors (ultimately one tastes the best and make the others red headed step children) instead of stocking the yummy seasonal flavors adjacent stores carry. Trust me, there is nothing worse than seeing nothing appetizing when you’re ready to gorge.
For a Yogurtland, this location has lots of indoor seating. But there is usually a wait and the tables /​seats are sticky. There is ample seating outdoors but again, sticky. I prefer to take my toddler somewhere else…

Nice selection. Clean and friendly staff. Got a medium mango yogurt with strawberries and blueberries. Kept it simple.

I came here with my coworker for a quick pick me up during a break from work. Frozen yogurt is always satisfying on a hot day. I like going to Yogurtland because I like being able to decide how much yogurt and toppings I want. They also give you free sample cups to try if you ask.
They offer a wide variety of flavors to satisfy a plethora of taste buds, including ones that are tart, non-​fat, and gluten-​free (if available). They also offer special limited time flavors.
There are lots of different toppings to choose from, which include fruits, popping boba, mochi, cereal, bits of candy bars, and syrups. They use frozen or canned fruits but today the quality was sub-​par. The strawberries and blueberries were mushy and the mangoes looked unripe.
Plenty of parking in the lot out front but can get crowded since it’s located in a pretty popular plaza.

Stopped here sunday evening… line was long but that was expected. Stood in the long line waiting to get to the Strawberry Lemonade Sorbet… which was towards the end almost to where the toppings started. I pulled the handle and nothing came out. After several attempts I moved back through the line to get to one of the flavors at the beginning of the yogurt line… a bit of a hassle but I only eat certain flavors. I mentioned to the guy who was refilling the toppings that the Strawberry Lemonade wasn’t working he proceeded to tell me it’s being worked on and won’t be back up tonight… no big deal right? There were a few flavors out… it was Sunday night after a very hot weekend. The problem I had was when I said you should probably put a sign on it he kept saying we know it’s not working. I know YOU know it’s not working but informing your customers it’s not working may be important too!
It gets better… as we were getting ready to pay the guy comes up to me and says there is a sign on it letting everyone know it wasn’t working. I said well there wasn’t a sign on it when i was standing in front of it trying to get yogurt out of it… he says, yes there was! So now, this guy is arguing with me. I walked him over to the machine… all the while he is pointing to it saying see the sign… well, guess what? NO SIGN ON THE MACHINE! Um buddy, first off I’m the customer. Stop arguing with me! Second, apologize for the machine not working and put a freaking sign on it letting the customers know and… DON’T ARGUE WITH THE CUSTOMERS!
The most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had at this place… the girl at the cash register was nice but that was about it.

HORRIBLE!
my friends and i came in at 9:45pm right before closing and they were giving one of my friends a really hard time using her rewards. we have been coming to this location since it has opened and this is the first time the workers were being inconsiderate and rude.
the manager GABBY and her staff working closing shift on 7÷24÷2015 were very DISCOURTEOUS… let me tell you why…
there was about 2 parties inside before closing and i asked to use to bathroom at 10:00pm one of the workers said sorry you can’t use it because they were already closed… yet there was still customers inside. a minute later i saw one of the guy workers go back to the bathroom to clean it after i have asked to use it. as we were ready to leave… a party of 5 people came in after closing and asked if they were still able to get yogurt. how is it that the staff let 5 new people purchase yogurt after closing but wouldn’t let an already paying customer use the bathroom? very impolite staff… as we left they all laughed as if it was a joke to them. i will never step foot in this location again.
GABBY and her staff should not treat loyal customers in that way. this location just lost 3 regulars.

This is the closest location to my house so I usually come to this one. This place is pretty clean. There’s a lot of seating options, some inside and a lot outside. Great frozen yogurt!

All hail Yogurtland, king of the after-​dinner snack!
I’m not ashamed to admit that I’ve been to this Yogurtland at least once a week for the past few months. It’s close to a few grocery stores (Trader Joes and Bristol Farms) and has a really lovely shared patio with some shaded areas if you want to get out of the sun.
Cleanliness-​wise it can be a little hit or miss because it’s frequented by a lot of little kids and possibly a few inconsiderate adults. But it’s often pretty packed with customers, especially in the evening, so it’s understandable that the yogurt area isn’t sparkling clean all the time.
I wish they had the awesome strawberry water that other YL locations have. It’s understandable that the large dispenser had to go due to drought restrictions, but it just rubs me the wrong way that it was replaced with bottled water (for a fee). Plastic bottles aren’t much better for the environment and I miss the free, delicious strawberry water.

I was a Yogurtland virgin until recently introduced by my boyfriend.
It’s an addiction that I can’t deny. Lowfat, guilt free, delicious froyo… it is a dieter’s best friend. I can sit there all day trying out samples. But honestly my all time favorites, above all else are the Dulce De Leche and Coconut flavors.
I could’ve easily given 4+ stars had it not been for a very rude employee one night. It was almost time for closing and my boyfriend and I were trying out samples. Seriously this guy got in front of us and started cleaning the stations. We were shocked and speechless. It was decided for us that we should just leave.
Other than that incident, service has been impeccable. I hope Yogurtland, at this particular location will address this problem.

I love this location. Great parking, friendly and helpful staff. Clean and always well stocked well. Even when there are long lines, it still goes pretty fast. This is my go to yogurt place.

I love that this Yogurtland is open late and they offer you sample cups upon walking in. The toppings bar was freshly stocked and they had a bunch of flavors to choose from. There is also plenty of seating, it is a clean establishment and parking is easy. Plus, great customer service.
However, I think it’s a little pricier than other Yogurtlands at 42 cents per ounce. It probably won’t stop me from coming here because I like their flavor variety and the fact that they’re open late.

Just got some yummy yogurt! and the manager was so nice! I had a coupon «purchase one get one for free», silly me didn’t notice The coupon didn’t apply until the end of September haha. But the manager was so nice she let me use it anyways!
One thing that stinks is… They don’t have pomegranate yogurt anymore!!!
