I bought the living social deal for this company. I called about a month and a half ago to schedule an appointment for today between 9 to 11 am. Coz I work all other days of the week. When they didn’t come until 10:30 I called them and the lady at the customer service with a heavy accent said«your appointment is tomorrow at 9 to 11 am; which I could never have made in the first place because I am never home at that time. But she was so rude and said«well it’s not my problem. And I don’t want to argue with you. If you want to call your amazon you can do that. Or if you want to reschedule another appointment, I can do that. «At this point I was already pissed off but had no other choice so I said«YESPLEASE» She gave me an appointment one month later. I accepted. But then I thought why should I even take their service when their customer service is so poor. I called living social and canceled my deal. They are not the only one out there in the market. I do not know how good they clean the ducts but I do not want to deal with them at all.

Great service. .I had my heat & air duct vents cleaned, technicians were professional and knowledgeable. My house is very big, but they were able to clean all the vents. I will use them in my annual maintenance from now and on. I am very very pleased!

I give them less than one star. I bought an Amazon local deal they took through two months to get me an appointment by the time I have the day of the appointment they called me the day before for tell me what time they were coming. I told them that didn’t work for me and they rescheduled me for two months later. I told them this timeframe didn’t work for me and the woman told me that I hate myself and she’s not scared of me and never to call back. When I tried to call again to get them in different the same woman answered tell me she’s calling the cops and hung up on me again. then the next time I called she just hung up. I have emailed them numerous times contacted customer service and have yet to hear back from anybody. Awful customer service the woman at customer service is a nasty bitch and never do business with this company
