I lived at 723 St Nicholas Ave from August of 2008 to Feb 2010. As of this date (June 2nd, 2010) I have not received my security deposit back and they have refused to commit to when they are going to be able to do that for me. While I lived here the super was extremely slow to respond to any request, for example there was a leak in my bathroom ceiling for over a month and in the winter of 2008 I had to call 311 to get them to turn the heat on. My apartment was also burglarized on August 14th of 2009. If you are thinking about living here, think again.
