the management company (glenmark realty) for the the apartment is horrible, they are very difficult to work with, and are unreliable. this location is not worth the prices they are charging. I would highly recommend looking elsewere.

PROS — The place is brand new and offers all of the amenities, and some of the apartments had great views and balconies.
CONS — Very expensive for such a marginal neighborhood. The walk down the block from Bway to Riverside at night was all bad– I am not scary, but it was! And, (the primary reason for the 2 stars) the rental folks/​owners (one in the same) made me feel like once they had a signed lease and my money they would be hard to deal with.
Rented at a LEED certified place in East Harlem that offered same amenities, lower rent, and much more professional management.
