Had the unfortunate experience of using AQA this past week. Arrived at JFK at midnight. First, the driver wouldn’t give me a straight answer about how much the drive was until we were already on the highway. When he told me it would be $ 180 from JFK to Midtown, I told him to pull over, so he pulled over in a really sketchy neighborhood and tried to negotiate it down to 140. Because I just wanted to get to the hotel, I agreed and when we finally arrived, I handed over the cash, he tried to switch out the hundred I gave him with a single and told me that I didn’t give him enough money. After I called him out on it, he told me to get out and that was that.
Definitely the worst transportation experience I have ever had…

Awesome service. i think it is my 3^rd time using the service. and its been great. Defintiely would recommend to all my friends. Keep up the good work. And pricing is on point with my budget. Also Qasim n James help me out. :)

SUB-PAR service. My initial contact with company was pleasant and I thought the 4/trips I needed for a VIP were understood. VERY WRONG! As much as I like to look over somethings. this time I can’t. I would HOPE that my experience would NOT HAPPEN to anyone else And that the company would correct the issues.
The issues were too many for me to voice in this forum.
The owners of the company did return my call to apologize BUT no rectification or satisfaction. It would have been nice and appropriate to OFFER some sort of compensation.
I would not recommend this company — but of course the choice is yours.
