Bolton’s

Great store!!! I found some awesome things there for incredible price!!! Very «Real size» woman oriented!

Bolton’s is a great place to shop they always have great fashions & all types of shoes, name brands & knock offs. In all sizes. Plus jewelry & great accessories. The only thing is often they are either out of small sizes or they don’t always carry everything in small sizes. And it’s quite misleading when the manicans are wearing a dress thats small in the window display & you look for it & it’s only in big sizes & as you walk out you see the dress on the manican is all tied up in the back.

The aisles are well organized and well stocked, but three stars for the lack of small sizes especially petites. Bolton’s carries brand designer names as Nine West for about half the original price. Cashiers appeared visibly burnt out past exhaustion from the turn and burn peak holiday shifts, yet are not eager to serve customers on Christmas Eve at the wee hours before Christmas Day. When inquiring a box for my purchase as a gift, the cashier stated only one size which would be too big for my item. Yet the cashier associate failed to state if the collapsible box were complimentary or required a fee. Being sleep and rest deprived is absolutely no excuse for providing excellant customer service to be alert and attentive.
Bolt the negativity at the door, to release only positive and sincere goodness to customers! Bolton’s lacks substance for size, and 2000s style and sincere attentive customer service. Price is somewhat reasonable, though not overpriced.
