I used to love this tailor until they LOST my clothes. I brought in 5 nice cashmere sweaters and a silk romper and they accidentally threw the entire bag with my clothes out! Who does that! Luckily they were nice enough to give me some money, not what I asked for, but at least they gave me something, so I tried to let things go and in fear of going to another horrible tailor I made the mistake of trying to go back. Instead of giving me the best service of my life (as promised by the owner during the clothes ordeal) they black listed me! I have never heard of such absurd and horrible customer service in my life. I will NEVER EVER go back there again or recommend them to anyone. HORRIBLE! They don’t even deserve one star!

Ask for Pedro — this is my go-​to tailor for all of my alterations. He custom makes suits/​jackets/​coats as well. They have a storefront on broadway too, but Petro is the guy I go to.
Prices are reasonable but not cheap — this isn’t your run of the mill dry cleaner’s alterations shop. As with anything, pay attention to the details, if there’s any issue, he’ll fix it for you and make it right.
