I adopted Milton from Citi Critters and I could not be happier. Jordana and Anne are saints. They helped me find the perfect cat. He is now best friend to my other cat James. The entire experience was great and I highly recommend using them for your next adoption. They are professional and caring.

Do you need help with your cat? Don’t bother calling Jordana Serebrenik from city critters, because she will duck your call like the plague.
I believe I have called her several times for help, she never had the decency to call back. There is a cat now who had to pay the price of life because of these people; with severe mental issues and without any accountability. They don’t care for their roster of animals. I even offered to foster cats for them in order to get some help for a cat I received from them — but NOTHING. I hope you can sleep at night Jordana.

We just got our new cat from City Critters and could not be happier. Not only is our new companion the best anyone could ask for, but we were also surprised at how smoothly the process went. Marilyn and her team were super responsive, and we had our pet within a week of deciding to apply. My friends went through other agencies that seemed to take weeks or months… We are very happy and would recommend them to anyone :)

Love visiting the cats at the Petco on 2nd ave during my lunch breaks. The cats look all healthy and well fed. This organization takes good care of their cats and works hard to find them a purrfect home. Unfortunately, I can’t have pets at my current apt but when I do I would definitely adopt from CityCritters.

At 40 years old I’ve had many life experiences, trying to adopt a cat from city critters is not something I ever want to speak or think about again.
Avoid this place like the plague, the white trash that operate this place give a bad name to white trash.
They’d rather put the animals to death than do the right thing.
