Classic Kids Upper West

This place is awful. Super overpriced! There aren’t a ton of places to get family photos taken in the UWS and they take advantage of that. And I almost got past the fact that they mark up items they sell you by 500% of what it costs them if not for the horrible customer service they provide. They are super nice when you take the photos with them but when you go in there to order the associates who help you out don’t know anything about the products they offer, and are just not all that bright. If you are a millionaire and you don’t care about the price this place will probably work for you but if you are a parent in the city who works and supports a family I would suggest going elsewhere. All this place cares about is money and you don’t get anything close to value here. I ended up cancelling my order with them and will never go there again.

Got proofs of photo shoot of my granddaughter at UWS Classic Kids. These photos are indeed classics — will be with us forever. The did a truly great job. They are very expensive but really worth it if you can afford them. They really captured her essence at only 7 months old.

I’m very skeptical of these sorts of places as I was forced into Glamour Shots as a kid. But my nephew just got his pictures taken here, and I have to say, it was quite the positive experience.
He’s barely two and NEVER stays still for the pictures (at least when I try and take them). Magically, the team at Classic Kids have so many tricks up their sleeves, that wasn’t even an issue.
What a great job they did! Can’t wait to see what my Sister picks!
