The service was terrible, Everything I tried to get was wrong.
As someone said, This place WILL NEVER get your order right!
I ordered coffee with milk, but were given coffee without milk.
I ordered real fruit strawberry smoothie and were given strawberry syrup, when I ask the guy what is it he just said oh we are out of real fruits, so I told him you drink it and give me my money back.
Horrible place. They should get one start just for the location and the outdoor.

Ive ordered delivery several times for bkfast and always get 4 chicken biscuits 4 hashbrowns 2 sausage egg cheese crossant and two orange juice which is around $ 20I called today and the idiot lady made up a price of $ 32 ridiculous. You could tell they were lieing about the price they just didn’t wanna deliver. Then the lady hung up on me.

This place WILL NEVER get your order right! The women taking orders don’t listen when you place your order because they’re in a big hurry even when no ones in line. No matter what time of day I visit this location my orders wrong 90% of the time! According to them black coffee has 15 scoops of sugar and a gallon of cream in it…

Had the Best service here! The two gentleman working were quick and efficient and so polite!!! Not something you get too often in NYC. Thank you for making my day better.

AMO, AMO, pero recontra AMO Dunkin’ Donuts. Es una de mis cadenas favoritas en el mundo y este amor viene desde chico cuando conocí la magia en forma de donas cuando tenían locales en Buenos Aires, lamentablemente luego de un tiempo se fueron del país, con lo que volver a probarlas en EEUU fue reencontrarse con lo mejor de la vida.
Sí, entiendo si dicen que los locales sean medio chotos, la atención desganada o no sea del todo cómodo ir a desayunar/​merendar a estos negocios, pero acá lo que importan son esas deliciosas fucking donuts. Eso vale más que cualquier otra cosa en el mundo, es más si habría aviones que las regaran por cada rincón de La Tierra, se acabarían las guerras y todos los conflictos mundiales.
Pero a la hora de hablar de este local en sí, tengo que decir que es uno de los que más visitaba mediante mi estadía en New York debido a la cercanía con el hotel en el que me estaba hospedado. Generalmente siempre compraba para llevar, aunque una que otra vez también me sentaba a comer ahí, aunque casi siempre estaba lleno.
Pero la gran revelación en mi vida fue probar esa dona bañada en chocolare rellena de Boston Cream, una especie de crema pastelera con un toque de licor o quién sabe que cosa que realmente me hizo feliz. Sí, uno de los más grandes tesoros de la historia de la humanidad. Posta que ahora a tantos miles de km de distancia no hay un día que no añore esas donas, por lo que siempre me encuentro soñando con ese momento mágico en el que nos volvamos a encontrar.

So yeah… it was raining cats and dogs.
We had to find a place to just chill for a bit since we prematurely got kicked out of Pio Pio (lol well not really we were asked to leave due to other customers waiting).
It’s DD coffee. Not like one place makes it better than another.
There was a crackhead lady who came in to converse with the television and a girl that tripped on her Uggs (possibly drunk).

I was so thrilled when they opened this place, even though I moved away soon after. It was great to finally have a DD in walking distance of my home.
This place was new and fresh when I was going there, so I thought it was great.
But then, I do like my Dunkin’

Alors je né sais pas si c’est parce qu’on y est allés trop tard le soir mais les donuts étaient tous très secs
On a pris des classiques à 99cts donc on né peut pas dire que ce soit trop cher, mais ce qui est certain c’est que ça né valait pas plus… et finalement c’est toujours trop cher quand ce n’est pas bon !

This is where I always go to pick up birthday ice cream cakes for my boo and her special occasions.
They’ve always been helpful and friendly, and have no problem decorating cakes for me. The other location on 34^th street made up excuses that their artist wasn’t in and there was no way they can write Happy Birthday on a cake.
They also have free wifi and they will also bring your order out to your car if you don’t want to risk getting caught. Just give them a call!

A nice DD on the west side, even though I think their coffee is kind of crap. So why three stars? It’s clean, they employees are friendly, and the location is pretty awesome. The tv is a bonus!

No air conditioner, super hot, and dirty

The service was terrible, Everything we tried to get was wrong. We ordered the reses ice cream but were given something different. We asked for hot chocolate but got mint instead, they told us that a cake we purchased was chocolate when in fact it was strawberry. We had made two separate orders and made this clear when the orders were first placed but they tried to charge both together. It seems that they dont listen to their consumers.

This place never has soy milk, unlike every other DD in the city.
The folks who were here are friendly but one of them — always — gets my order wrong and I have to wait for her to redo it.

This is «MY» Dunkin Donuts! lol it has flat panels and wi-​fi, the staff is very thorough about getting your order correct and to you as fast as possible, I mean it’s a dunkin donuts so I’m not going to act as if its a 5 star restaurant but its one of the better dunkin donuts especially design wise! oh yeah and it has outside seating as well!

Easily one of the best Dunkin Donuts in the city. Their prices are the same as in Queens (much lower than other Manhattan locations), the staff are almost always friendly and to date have not screwed up my order, and they have outdoor seating!
The interior is relaxing, with plants, mirrors, plenty of seating, and a big screen hdtv playing CNN.
Next time you’re hanging out on the outer reaches of the solar system (10^th ave) and need a caffeine jolt, swing by this gem!

I prefer Starbucks any day.
If I am too tired in the morning I go across the street to this place.
Early in the morning there are two dark haired women who just stare at you when you walk in.
No «hi, how can I help you»?
Just a stare.
Happens every time.
You have to come in in the afternoon for a «hi» apparently.
But again, in the afternoon when I am not lazy or tired I go to Starbucks.

I gotta thank Sean K. for putting this up. I Actually was here a few weeks back then looked for the DD, then I was like oh well don’t see it. Now it is reviewable, nice pic too of the outside. Yeah this is a cool spot, there are the flat screen televisions here. I actually got something from the baskin robbins ice cream then got a Egg White Flat Turkey to go (for the next morning). I knew I had to be up super early and I would be extra lazy that next day. Seating area is very nice, I can’t complain. Looks like I will pass by when I am in the area.

This is, by far the nicest and cleanest DD in Manhattan, at least that I’ve been to. Nice flat screen TV with plenty of spacious seating. And, of course, my coffee was made perfectly…
Light and sweet.
