I was able to pick up the shoes I ordered online. The Nikefreerun 2.0 for 49.99. When I arrived they could not find my shoes. About 15 mins later they finally found them. As I looked around there were quite a few people with questions and not enough attention being given. The place looks a bit unorganized.

Great Neck, NY

I was in a jam and needed to buy a workout shirt so I ran in here, it’s really small and they don’t have a large selection of items. I was looking for a v-neck workout or running shirt with some type of moisture wicking — it was about 99 degrees out and I needed another shirt as I’d sweated through the cotton one I had on. There was only one style & color of v-neck shirt they had in the whole store, I was desperate so I bought one of them but if I wasn’t in a rush/jam, I would have looked elsewhere.

Came here for a Footlocker return, staff was friendly and overall the store was a lot smaller than I expected it to be in SoHo and on Broadway as well. They didn’t have some sizes of shoes that a few people next to me asked for so I assume they also have a smaller selection than most footlocker stores. The employees are friendly though and know each other pretty well, yelled at a guy who had his pant down too low on the way in the store (which was sort of odd for me …)
A good place to visit a footlocker if they have your size and its convenient too.
