Joanna and Faith are very helpful. I am thankful that I actually started my wedding dress search at this place, because they made all the worries go away. The experience was not exhausting at all and I learnt about the styles that flatters me most here. It’s sad because I am not crazy about the dresses I tried on there. But you may!

I had the most incredible experience with Joanna today! She is lovely, so nice, and really knows what she is talking about. Also, she is not going to just sell you any dress, she is going to help you find «the one.» I found «the one» today, and I can’t stop looking at the pictures on my phone. I can’t wait to wear it!
(1) I decided I had to come here after watching her videos on her website about finding your perfect dress and reading reviews. It really helped me prepare for my appointment and what to expect.
(2) She really listened to what I wanted. She looked at my body type and really listened to what I was looking for (I had sent her inspiration in advance, and every dress followed the inspiration). The second dress I tried on ended up being «the one» even though I tried on several. It’s so gorgeous that its obvious she really understood what I was looking for and what would look amazing on me. It could not be more perfect for me and my body type. AND it was within my tight budget, which is impressive for how gorgeous the dress is.
(3) She cares about finding the perfect dress for you. She is not pushy or sales-​y. She gives 100% of herself in your appointment. In addition to her great attitude and professionalism, she helped me take pictures of the dresses I was trying on, and helped me FaceTime my mom because none of my bridesmaids or family is in New York.
(4) Almost every dress she picked for me was even more beautiful than I could have imagined.

Joanna and Darryl made the experience of purchasing my Bridal Dress a magical experience! I was princess for the day! From the time I walked into the store to find that «perfect dress» to the Moment I put on the dress, I felt like royalty. Darryl created a dress that was a dream come true. Every detail was perfectly made! And Joanna– what a gem! Her smile makes you feel so at ease, helping to calm the nerves that comes with finding a Beautiful Wedding Dress for that special day! Update: Upon speaking with the owner, I believe some changes will be made to make the next plus size brides experience a better one. Joanna did make the effort to reach out to me after my experience and that shows me that she does care about each bride who comes in. The custom dresses from what Joanna said, aren’t budget busters so that may be an option for the next bride. To all of you embarking on this journey good luck!
You know I can take responsibility for my part in a bad experience, I should’ve checked the sizes offered by the store. However, I could’ve gotten over the nonexistence of bigger size offerings if I had at least felt like my presence was welcomed in the store. I took a small group with me my mom best friend and niece three very important people to me and whose opinions matter to me. So we get to the place and immediately it felt like we were intruding. If you’ve ever walked into a room and immediately everyone looks rather uncomfortable with you being there then you understand what I mean. There was very awkward small talk and nothing that even remotely made me feel like I was going to have a bridal moment. Well Joanna asked me if I was open to custom dresses and I should’ve taken the hint at that moment that there would be nothing in the store for me. But I didn’t. So I literally saw only one dress that I liked and then the assistant pulled the notorious big girl wedding dress. Ever watched say yes to the dress or any of the other wedding shows then you know the one. It had no shape to it and it basically is like a potato sack. I didn’t want it I knew it wouldn’t do anything for me and of course that was the first dress they wanted to put on me. I said no and the first one didn’t work out. So I put on the big girl dress and I felt ugly immediately. I walk out to show my family and they could see on my face this wasn’t going to be good. One of the ladies working there tried to lie and say «I like it on you.» I responded very quickly that I didn’t. I hated that even more. It was clear that dress looked bad on me why on earth would you try to push that? Needless to say I knew the appointment was over and so did the owner. I quickly got dressed and thankfully my mother shut down that «custom» dress conversation because even though I have a few more hours in my hourglass shaped doesn’t mean I can’t find a beautiful dress that doesn’t have to cost me $$$$. Which after leaving that place and getting my car out of the overpriced parking lot before I got ripped off I did find. At the very next store. By the way from the moment I entered that salon I was made to feel important and special and most importantly not like my size was a problem. So for the larger than size 8 girls out there… this isn’t the store for you.

Forever Amour Bridal salon was amazing. My friend is getting married and found her dress there. Joanna was a true professional, she was so helpful and gave valuable advice for accessories, a head piece and veil that matched perfectly with the dress. She got her dress at a great price! Love this place!

Shopping for a wedding isn’t an easy task, especially when you don’t have the budget for the champagne dress shopping experience. After being turned away from numerous places due to the specific budget that I had in mind, Joanna was the first to say «we will work with it», which gave me hope that I wasn’t that crazy in the search to find a beautiful but cheap in the price wedding dress. Her assistant (which I feel so bad that I can’t remember her name) helped me select the dresses that I wanted based on the shape. She helped me put them on and adjust them. Everything ran smoothly, Joanna was there in ever step of the way, making suggestions and i loved her guidance, you can see that she knows her stuff and you can definitely trust her. I picked my dress which I fell in love the minute I tried it on, Joanna as she promised helped me out with the price and gave me a discount on the dress. She suggested the seamstress, Maria Ambrosini which is amazing at what she does. Joanna was also nice enough to drop off the dress at the seamstress. I definitely recommend you visit Joanna and let her help you with your wedding dress.

I came to this salon with my sister for her wedding dress. we visited a lot of salons and were really happy here — the prices were great but it didn’t feel like a discount place.
