I have bought several pairs of boots and flats at this location over the past year. The selection is MUCH more stylish (more like Prada, Repetto or Ferragamo) than any «comfort» shoes you’d find on Amazon or Zappos; the pairs I’ve purchased are high quality leather you’d pay much more for at Bergdorf or Bloomingdale’s. The return policy reads strict, but the store is run by people who are understanding and accommodating.

French Sole Comfort has comfortable shoes that have long lasting style. But what also stands out for me in my shoe buying experience here is the customer service.
The service personnel are helpful and resourceful. I wanted to buy a second pair of Gore-Tex black ankle boots and the store did not have them available. Brahim located another pair off-site and made quick dispatch of putting me in them. Service like that provided by Brahim Is what makes this store one of my favorites.

Only one person working in the store and she wasn’t very friendly. There was a cute pair of ankle boots perfect for the rain but they were $ 300. I understand French Sole sells comfortable shoes but $ 300 for patent ankle rain boots? Come on…
We were the only two people in the store other than the associate and she just glanced at us, looked me up and down and made me feel uncomfortable. Thanks.
