I ordered a set of violin strings from Gostrings. I am very happy with this company and the service I recieved. I was not sure what set I should buy, I called and they were very helpful. I recieved my order in 2 days. Before ordering at Gostrings, I also asked friends who had ordered during the last year having a good experience. 5 stars for this great company that has made a great turn for the better

I finally heard back from someone at the company. I had told them in my previous email that I was going to dispute the charge they put on my card and had filed complaints with both the BBB and OAG. They responded, «There’s no reason to make threats.» They went on to say that despite multiple packages, they would be happy to refund my card. As if they were doing me a favor by refunding my money, even though the«multiple packages» was not my responsibility in any way. I was asked to provide my cc info again, which I was not about to do over email. I asked them to call me, as their voicemail was full. They responded by asking me to call them. Which I did, and of course, their voicemail box was still full. I emailed to let them know it was full. That was about 10 days ago. No response. My cc has refunded the charge.

Horrible! company! I ordered something early last month, expecting to receive it in one week. It has been one month and half month, and I have not received my order. I called them many times, they have never given me any accurate answer. I am trying cancel my order, and I will never order anything from this company again.
