I wish that I could give 0 stars. I brought a violin in for repairs when he was still partners with Rene morel. I brought the repair slip in. They lost my $ 3000 violin. And refused to pay me for the instrument. I still have the repair slip. Look online and search for his shop and the word lawsuit. You will see another case in which an expensive violin was lost.

I recently began viola lessons and needed a new rental since my first rental viola was a bit on the cheap side. I was easily able to schedule an appointment with Annabelle and was treated very well. I received a nice quality rental viola that had no signs of wear, and I am very happy with playability of the instrument. I definitely plan to continue renting from this violin shop and may also purchase an instrument here.
