These guys have amazing style with their products. I ordered this stunning Italian concrete clock from them. They were quick, responsive and easy to deal with during the purchase and delivery process.

bad service, not organized and not professional. I ordered a watch and received a wrong one after 2 weeks. I tried to reach them (this can be only via email) couple of times and after a week finally I got a response and they sent me a return label. I sent it back and they received it after 10 days and I waited another week for them to ship me my watch, but unfortunately that didn’t happen. I sent an email and no response for a week. Finally I sent an email threatening them to file with my bank and fraud department and I got my full refund and a month of hassle but no watch:((

These folks are GREAT!!! Service out the ying yang. I bought a pendant lamp from them (that I couldn’t find anywhere else on earth) and couldn’t find the right bulb for it. They sent the bulb with the light at no additional cost. The light itself arrived broken (from the UK), they replaced it. Friendly and rapid. It is everything you could possibly want from a retailer.
