Wow!!! This was over the top!
The Chocolate cookies were addictive, I can bake but these were just amazing.
The German Chocolate Cake was decadent and talk about a coma, Surprised it did not get eaten in one go but we moderated.
Ohh yes. We are getting more and shipping it home.

I rarely go to any bakery or restaurant without first getting a personal recommendation but I thought I’d break my own rule and try Chef Chad Orlando’s Hey Sugar Bakery. I’ll never again break my own rule. I ordered a small variety of cupcakes since in my experience, the way a bakery does cupcakes tells you about how they handle everything else. I brought them to a party soon after buying them and they were dry and virtually tasteless. The icing seemed somehow spoiled, like rotten milk, and the main part too dry to eat without gulping down some milk immediately after each bite. I spoke to the owner Chef Chad Orlando the next day about this and he was incredibly rude and hostile towards me. Chad Orlando had no concern for my bad experience with his cupcakes and instead acted like an entitled, superior world famous chef of some kind who couldn’t be bothered with me. I’ll never again go back to this place, I’m stunned by the poor quality of their baked goods and the appalling attitude of Chad Orlando.
