I’m in California and ordered a Maytag washer. Best price I could find. Received as ordered. Had one minor problem which was not Home Everything problem. Handled by Maytag, the next day which Home Everything initiated the call to Maytag. The washer ordered was not an emergency thing and for the savings difference three weeks was no big deal when we got it. Delivery people set up the appointment and kept us informed and delivery was on time. Delivery people brought the washer in and waited while I opened it up and made sure everything was there, correct and not damaged. I researched the washer before I ordered it maybe that made a difference in what I got. So sorry to hear about the other people on here, but I couldn’t have been happier.

I’m being generous with one star. I’m only echoing the sentiments of other customers on here. If you have more than a month to wait for your applicance and no need to ever call and speak to a service rep, go ahead and save a few bucks. I called 8÷9÷11, the day after we placed our order for a natural gas grill. I was told delivery time would be up to 3 weeks. There was no indication of shipping time when we ordered. We were hoping to have it for a party before then, so I requested a cancellation of the order for this reason. The rep said, «What if I could get it to you in 2 weeks?» Having it the 23rd would be perfect — time for installation and a test run! So, I didn’t cancel the order and was told that it would ship the following week, and to allow 3 – 5 business days for delivery. I called again the following week to confirm the new ship date and was told everything was in order for me to have it by the 23rd. I called a third time today to see that it had shipped and was told that it wouldn’t ship until Thursday, 8⁄25 — the ORIGINAL date they had given me. Despite two calls, nothing changed, even though I was lied to and told it had — TWICE. They are unscrupulous and probably don’t deal with individual customers a lot. Builders may have the patience and tolerance for this, but I don’t. They are dreadful. I wish I had checked Unilocal before we ordered the grill. There is no more than a two-star review for good reason. This place is awful. Stay away. Even if you do have the time. They’re dishonest and not at all customer oriented. I ordered a Range on 6/13, with a shipping date by 7÷5÷11. July 6th I called them and they said my Range has been sent, I told them to tracking number, he said, would send email to me the next day, until yesterday, now I have not received email! I just call them, they said Range not sent, sent to wait until next Thursday, July 20 to receive. I told them that I have waited a month it! He said you’re right is to be so long! I said that you do not write to the webside how such a long time! He said I had told you will be sent next week, you do not need to wait! ! ! ! Mad at me! ! ! !Do not know this is not a lie, to wait until next Thursday to know!
