I purchased a House of Harlow ring at In Support Of’s sample sale, and it broke on the night of — it was my first wear. It’s ok, defect happens, but I’m having a huge issue with their customer service. I emailed the store the day after, no response. Gave them the benefit of doubt, emailed again, still not response. I thought maybe they don’t check their emails often, so I called, and left a message with the associate TWICE! Both girls said they will relay to the owner, and will get back to me the day of, if not the day after. It’s been a week and I have yet to hear a word. I’m not sure if I’m more mad about the ring breaking so quickly, or their horrendous customer service. If you cannot replace or exchange, at least give me a call to let me know?

I love this new boutique in the Meatpacking District! Lovely clothing and accessories selections and even lovelier shop owners and employees. Really fun shopping experience:)
