It has been a long time since I have felt really good quality care and customer service from any doctors office. These guys are great. Had a piece of metal imbedded in my cornea and Dr. Feistmann with an extremely steady hand was able to pull it out in seconds. The receptionist were are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Feistmann called me the next morning to check up on me.

I had retina surgery done by Dr Feistmann and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had as a patient. He was recommended as being cutting edge technically and highly recommended for his surgical skill. I would have been happy with that. He’s also a nice man. Easy going. No theatrics. He came up after the surgery to the recovery room to tell me how the operation went and make sure I was OK and that I understood the post operative directions. Before surgery his staff did everything to take care if the insurance, paperwork and hospital so I didn’t have to worry about that. Having his office made it so much easier. I was nervous about eye surgery. This is the man you want. Doctors who are great professionals and care about their patients are rare. No hesitation in saying if you are one of his patients count yourself lucky to have found him. His staff will also go all out and are really nice. That helps.
