Kodo Properties

I don’t even want to waste my time with this but I know that I wish I had known what this company was like before I moved in because I would have stayed far away, bottom line they are liars and just plain money hungry crooks. They have no webpage except for this Unilocal and when they answer the phone they don’t even say Kodo Properties as if they are trying to deter you from calling. Also RECORD everything you can because they have no memory and twist the story because you cant get anything in writing from them.
I will make it short, they promised us new kitchen and floor, we got neither and after we moved in they said they never promised us anything. When we decided to leave the apartment after 2 years, they charged us for damages that we had reported when we first moved in and took it out of our security deposit. We had a leak in the ceiling from being on the top floor, they never came to fix it, just had the super seal the hole and sweep the water away from it on the roof.
These are just a few of the issues that were most salient, it is not worth my time going into all the details because they will never do anything about it because they just basically do not care about their tenants.
Id rather pay a little more money than ever sign a lease with this company again.
