We’ve lived in a building managed by Livingston for a year and just renewed our lease. Everything runs smoothly; the building is clean and the staff is always responsive to any requests we have.
The staff had definitely gone above and beyond for us. When I was traveling and lost my ID, someone from Livingston picked up my passport for me, biked to the UPS store, and overnighted it to me on Christmas Eve. I am so grateful for their help and would recommend them to others.

i lived in a building managed by them and it was the worst management company I’ve ever had to deal with. they are rude, aggressive, not responsive, and the building was filthy. they were rodants on the ground floor they wouldn’t do anything about it. they dont answer their emails or their phone. I was so happy and relieved when I left although I had to beg and harass them to get my security deposit back!

So far, my experience with this management has been decent and stress-​free. I have previously lived in the building with a bad management company, and I think I know how a bad management could make your life miserable, especially during winter month! I hope they will stay this way as I am planing to stay in my current building for a long time.
The people at Livingston seem nice and they would offer me something to drink every time I had visited their office. That was a good indication of nice people business to me.

Livingston management company operates in a very professional manner. When I moved into the city for the first time they were extremely helpful. Every time I had an issue with my apartment the super was always very responsive. I have now lived in multiple apartments managed by Livingston and I have 0 complaints! I highly suggest Livingston Management Services as they are the best in the business!

Livingston Management is an incredible difficult company to work with. I’ve lived in a building managed by them and have found them to be incredible unhelpful at every step. The people in office are rude, rushed, aggressive, and apparently poorly informed. When speaking with them on the phone, they always seem to be distinctly put upon by your call and look for any opportunity to end the conversation. I’ve been hung up on mid-​sentence before. I dread the idea of having to interact with anyone from Livingston.
This is not a trustworthy company. Avoid doing business with them if possible.
May only your enemies live in buildings managed by Livingston.
