If you want to lose weight with a truly caring and supportive coach Marc is the person for you. Totally nonjudgemental I have been to him on two separate occasions both times he has helped me in reaching my goals. Being overweight is so complicated. there are so many intricate emotional reason for it and having someone like Marc who is completely committed to you reaching your goals has been the only way that I could stay on track.
