I go there almost every morning and the people taking your order and handing you the food are always really friendly and do not mess up my order. Today was the first time my order was messed up and it was minor. (Sugar in coffee vs not) but the manager saw me standing there, asked very kindly if something was wrong and he exchanged the coffee. Such a nice experience each time. The only reason I gave 4 out 5 stars is because the bathrooms could use better cleaning.

Tonight you failed. I ordered three happy meals and a number two. You forgot to put a yogurt in one happy meal, forgot mustard on my son’s hamburger, and managed to make one of the sprites a water instead. Which is amazing because the other sprite was correct. Almost like it was done on purpose? I understand that you get busy but seriously? Sincerely, a VERY UNHAPPY customer.

Worst McDonalds ever. The only positive thing I can say about this place in the past 7 years is I think they got one of the morning crew girls from the westloop McDonalds that could potentially lead to improvement. As a business owner, I don’t know why you even open for business if you’re going to present yourself this way. Ice cream machine is always conveniently «broken» and I feel like I’m asking for a kidney when I ask for a straw or napkins. Steer clear, people.

The owner here apparently thinks it’s worth saving a few pennies on ketchup packets to alienate customers. If you don’t ask for it they won’t give you straws, napkins, ketchup packets or anything. Talk about a great example of penny wise and pound foolish.

Went through here Sunday, June 12 on my way back home. Quick service, polite, friendly. Appreciate the good customer service. This was for breakfast about 8:30 am.

food is always the same in all mcdonald’s. my problems are related to drive thru service specifically. i never get enough straws, sauces, napkins, or utensils. there is always something missing.
