This salon gives a decent manicure. The staff is friendly, the massage therapist is competent but they will nickel dime you to death!
$ 5 more for a «special» OPI polish, $ 2 more for quick dry — Seche Vite top coat. It costs $ 7 on Amazon. I don’t know if I will be coming back.

Bad eye lash perm experience. I showed up on time for my appt but was made to wait half an hour. The employee didn’t leave the solution on long enough and my eyelashes weren’t curled at all. Also she was rough applying and removing the rollers and kept getting the solution on my skin. I have had eye lash perms many times before and usually they are more careful and leave the solution on longer.

This spa has amazing customer service. Love all the options and colors you can choose from. Its literally a one stop shop for all the pampering needs from botox to massage to mani and pedi. If you are in the area, and in need of a relaxed pamering service, this is the spot!

I’m sorry for the people below who had a not so good experience but I have to say this place exceeded my expectations. The manager and staff are so friendly and give great service! They really try hard to cater to everyone’s needs whether they want a quick service or a lengthy service. If you want a truly relaxing day, this is the place to go!

I saw the warning sign and I didn’t listen… When a place does not post their prices in clear site, it means that you are going to be shocked when you get the bill. And shocked I was. A spa pedicure for $ 68.00? Not okay. Not unless you’re at some fancy schmancy hotel and you’re treating yourself for a special occasion. However, this was not a special occasion. This was a Friday night. While I appreciate the good service and attention to detail, I am still shocked 4 days later about this price. And that didn’t include tip! No thank you. Next time, I will just go to my usual «around the corner place» where it is $ 25 for mani and pedi, and another $ 10 for the massage. NOT WORTH IT.

Terrible place, expensive and unclean. No liners on the tubs, no cleaning products in view. The woman kept putting my feet on the bare tub or stand, with no towels. Gross.
I went with my two cousins and asked to sit together. Receptionist said sure then put us in three diff chairs. One cousin had to wait 15 mins for someone to start on her. Flimsy paper slides were slippery and tore immediately. Didn’t even provide toe separators, just used a cheap paper towel. Very poorly run, and the upsell is ridiculous. No need to go here when there are better, cleaner and cheaper places a block or two away.

How come this place has no reviews? That’s odd. Oh well, I would like to share my experience this past week. After having lunch with a friend we decided to get a mani-​pedi at Medi Spa, the staff is friendly however the service is HORRIBLE, super quick pedicure, no scrubs, didn’t remove cuticles or anything and every step she took she was trying to upsell something (so annoying). Manicure the same thing, left with my nail polish complete bleached. I guess it might sound a little bitter but for a $ 52 mani-​pedi I expected a better service. The $ 35 mani pedi few blocks up delivers a much better service and the 10s massage at the end, help rolling my pants back down add an extra touch. Definitely not coming back or recommending medi spa.

This place is amazing! I have been searching for a place for quality mani/​pedis and I have FOUND it! I work in the service industry and am constantly washing my hands/​my nails go through a lot. My nail polish tends to chip very easily but the manicure I got here lasted over a week!
Plus, everyone on staff is super friendly and helpful.
I will definitely be returning and am so happy to have found my new go-​to spot!
